As long as you do not stay in the rooms and use this hotel for its super location then you will not be disappointed. I give it 5 stars for the effort the staff put in to make your stay comfortable and the location.

I did not have check in luggage so I took MRT train from Taoyuan airport to Taipei main MRT station. After a maze like underground system, I finally found a MRT line to the hotel. I was not in a hurry so it was kind of fun. But from hotel to Taoyuan airport I asked concierge to reserve a private transportation for me. It costs 1800 NTD is about $60.
