I stayed at this hotel on my first visit to Taipei and it was a good option location wise to move around the different sights of the city. MRT station is a 5 minutes walk and there are plenty of dining and shopping options around the hotel. My room was pretty small but suited me just fine. Breakfast choice and...

The room is spacious. Don't expect to like the breakfast. There are a lot of delicious food out there so don't worry. Place is very near the XiMenDing MRT so it is very convenient! FamilyMart is just few steps away. Price is very affordable. I would like to stay here again!

I had booked a quad room. However, the room was a lot smaller that what was shown on the website. I was a little disappointed with that but otherwise the location is very central. Room and bathroom was relatively clean.

My friends and I arrived in Taipei at 11pm only to find that the hostel we had booked with didn't exist at the address they had given us, and the owner didn't answer when we called. We were worried about finding a place to sleep that night when we came across this hotel just down the street. We weren't sure...

Business as usual. Stayed there 2 nights. Room was as complete and clean as before. For breakfast, they has added custard buns to its varieties. If too fussy about the breakfast, just go downstairs and fingd food along the road or next road Xining Road.

We stayed at the hotel on three different occasions within two weeks. The first time we got rooms at the 8th floor. The rooms were clean and big enough for two respectively three persons. The two other times we got rooms at the 7th floor, although our booking was exactly the same. On the 7th floor there was mold in...

Staff were pleasant the roos were small and clean, the shower is very slippery even with shower mat. Beds are comfortable and wifi was good. The hotel location was...

The moment we stepped foot in the building, our initial thought was, "is this a hotel??!". So up we went to the 7F which is the reception area. The elevator was small and old but still working mighty fine. At the reception, we were greeted by a nice staff who immediately tended to our reservation and immediate additional room request...

Having stayed in other budgeted hotels in Ximending such as Gosleep Hotel, Good Ground hotel, Teachers' hostel, etc, King Shi is my still my best choice in terms of cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness. They also provide tours and airport transfer. Less attractive is the breakfast which is the same throughout but enough to fill a hungry stomach. This hotel is...
