I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occassions and on both occassions I have been impressed with the rooms and staff. This hotel is located very near to the airport, a taxi costs just 150bahts. The hotel is very clean and modern. It has its own restaurant and spa facilities. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant...

Stayed early August. Arrived 2130 - departed 0630 next morning (quick transit stop). As others have said, this is no 'resort' hotel - but it actually scores pretty highly for the things it needed to do. The arrival transfer was fairly easy - I had to call the hotel to find their representative (who was outside having to fix his...

I only had around 14 hours overnight in Bangkok and chose this hotel based on its' proximity to the airport. I found the hotel to be excellent value for money-especially if you book direct as they throw in free return transfers to/from the airport. Room was clean and air conditioned and the breakfast was more than adequate- especially considering the...

So, i guess i can't say i stayed there. I paid for it, and spent 700 baht on the taxi ride looking for this hotel, and finally gave up. Ok, it was my fault for booking it in the first place. For some reason, i had it being near the train station as i had tickets for my family to...

We stayed at Thong Ta for 2 nights before we departed back to America from a month long trip in Thailand/Laos. They provided service to/from the airport. Breakfast was fine-eggs, toast, ham, juice, coffee. Our room was in the "resort" section of the hotel so was on the ground level. Our bed was comfortable, TV and a/c great, and ample...

Nice spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, even in the older section. Free wifi in the rooms. Excellent option for short/overnight stay close to the airport. Hotel limo service also very good and worth the 150 baht fare. Quick 10 minute hassle & traffic free drive to/from the airport. Great spa/massage also. Only drawback for some people might be that there...

Hotel service was excellent - we...I managed to book for the wrong month, yet they still found space for us and honoured the price at extremely short notice. The room was lovely with authentic furniture, however whilst the bathroom was clean it was by no means luxurious. Had dinner and breakfast there - both meals were entirely uninspiring and we're...

When I booked this hotel I couldn't do it online because it was a same-day booking. The online price was under 700THB including an airport transfer and breakfast. There was a hotel representative at Suvarnabhumi Airport who I managed to find amongst the crowd of hotel reps, but he wasn't able to offer me a competitive price. I managed to...

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time was great. I was in the old wing which had a large bathtub and a king sized bed. I had written them at completmented them on the room I stayed in, expecting that they would in turn put me in the same room. When I got there they put...

I found this hotel for cheap on Agoda.com, and stayed there before I flew home to Canada, and was thoroughly impressed. I had stayed at the Ivory near the aiport, which cost me twice as much money, but realistically was only fractionally nicer. My room at Thong Ta was a nice king size room, that was very clean and no...
