The hotel is quite clean, it is better than expected. All staffs that I met are very very nice even mechanic staffs. They also have ozone swimming pool, fitness room and tennis court For the food I ate noodle and salad, found that the price is very reasonable (noodle is 20-40 Bath) and both are delicious. Even though Thailand is...

The apartment rooms are spacious and adequately equipped, including some basic cutleries, cups and plates. While the place is clean and nicely presented, the floor has numerous ants by the morning (even without food). Worst of all was the extremely noisy aircon. Bring earplugs! The reception is open from 9am to 9pm, leaving late arrivals and early checkouts to the...

An incredible place to stay for travelers on somewhat of a budget. Our room was very clean and had a balcony with a beautiful view of Bangkok. The pool is wonderful and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Not a whole lot to do in the area at night, but there was a great rooftop bar with a social...

Sivalai Place is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you have more than a few days in Bangkok. We have stayed there a couple of times a year for several years. It has large, ultra clean rooms and apartments. A small restaurant and coffee shop are on the premises. All the staff go out of their way to help...

Pros - The staff at Sivalai Place are all outstanding, from the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff to the people who run the Internet cafe. All polite and super helpful. The rooms are cleaned regularly to a high standard, the bathroom was great with a good, fully functioning hot shower and a lift to all floors. There are lots of...

Staff were superb, rooms were clean and lovely. Good street food not too far on the main street. Felt safe there. Would definitely stay there again when back in Bangkok. The hotel seems under utilised, considering taxi service to get anywhere is so cheap.

We stayed for 1 month over Xmas. Its located in a safe neighborhood where you mix with the locals. A cheap taxi can take you to close by tourist attractions and train stations. The place is spotless and Oillie and her staff will help you explore Bangkok in a very personal and unique way. You get great value for money....

Stayed here in a two bed apartment for 4 nights. Quiet part of town which for us was nice to have some peace from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Nice place, it was clean, nice staff and a big pool it even had a tennis court. It wasn't in a great location but they went on their motorbikes to get taxis. It was a ten minute drive to the main part of Bangkok. I was happy with Sivalai Place and would be happy to stay again.
