Attended a wedding in Bangkok and stayed at Naga Residence. I had contacted them about transport to the wedding venue which was an hour’s drive away. They promptly arranged a taxi for us with fare quotation within the hour. We arrived into the hotel around 9pm and the reception was open and waiting for us. We booked a deluxe room which comes with a mini kitchenette and microwave. The room is very clean and honestly, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I sank into deep slumber as soon as my head touched the pillow. Toiletries are provided and the bathroom is very clean. I felt the water heater in the shower could have been a tad hotter but we could still take a nice shower. Housekeeping responds to requests almost immediately. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and doesn’t have room service or a restaurant but there are plenty of food available outside the hotel. The 7-11 around the corner provided all our breakfast and snack supplies. There are a couple of malls within walking distance and the most delicious Thai iced tea a couple of shops down the road from Naga. And yes, I keep coming back to the Naga residence, and cannot fault them. Always friendly, even when Covid times have hit hard the hotel industry. Discounted room prices made the sojourn very affordable at the time, without compromising on the quality. Room was cleaned daily, greatly appreciated. At that time, not all businesses around were operating, but it was enough to find plenty of food and a bit of shopping. Transports were for the first time surprisingly not so crowded! A strange but nice feeling of being one of the few "farangs". Thanks.

been stayed here more than 20 times overpassed 3 years and still going on for a first choice to sleep in this area. nice and clean room and top up with a friendly staff. closed to a famous eatery area. ease to move around to city center.

This is a good place to stay in Bangkok, good location near by the river, and close to big luxury shopping Iconsiam. The area is best quiet night to sleep and relax. No restaurant but many food store and convenience with 7-11 just near. The professional staff and friendly welcome, the room is supper clean. The new designed building. And mostly like gym on the top. Will come back to stay again for sure.

The hotel is located near the river , and about 10 minutes walk from Iconsiam . Lots of good restaurants, shops, 7-11, and street eats nearby. The BTS station about 10-15 minutes walk away.The rooms were very clean , plenty of space , with housekeeping daily . The staff were helpful and pleasant , and there’s a good gym on the top floor . Great value for money , we would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel is nice and very clean!!! Staff are very helpful in a non-english speaking country and very accomodating. From the reception to the housekeeping everybody tried to help.. Thank you Sir Marlon, the supervisor who helped us booked our airport transfers and tours!! Love this place. Accessible to BTS and other transpo means. Definitely coming back... Made our vacation so wonderful. Highly recommended

Very clean, good service, great rooms. Only thing is that they do not have the option of food available in the hotel. Location is good, very near to the Sathorn Central Pier and BTS station. You can travel anywhere from this Pier of train.

The Naga was clean, spacious with refrigerator, kettle and microwave. There is a 7/11 on the corner, which is handy for water and milk, but with so many food stalls and places to eat, you're spoilt for choice. We ate out 3 times from these sellers and all meals were filling and made with fresh produce. The location is about 10 mins walk from sky train saphan taksin stop. You must cross bridge , which has 70 odd steps up and down. You can get the hop on /off ferry from this stop as well.

Spent 6 nights at Naga Residence and was hugely impressed by everything. 1. The location was fantastic - off the main road, but still quiet. Only a few minutes' walk to a ferry which takes you across the river for 5TB and runs every few minutes, the only a short walk to the skytrain station. 2. The staff are SO helpful and friendly. Marlon in particular supplied us with a map and directions for wherever we wanted to go, and was always cheerful. 3. The room was spotlessly clean, and the towels and bedding changed every day. A great choice.

I arrived with a big Thai family who never been to a hotel so i was panic little bit, My panic soon gone when the staff was so helpful and took control and made it very smooth, The staff was so professional and polite made our start at Naga a very very positive start. The rooms was modern and cleaned everyday to a high standard, Fridge provided and 2 water bottles free everyday but no snacks or drinks.That is fine by me because 7/11 just on the corner of the soi. Also very nearby are Restaurants and Bars, Icon Siam is a good 10 minutes walk in December very easy but in hot season i would not like to try. BTS is near by i would say 10 minute walk. Overall i very enoyed my stay at Naga, very sad my last day today. would i come here again a very big YES.
