Stayed there for the first time, and without a doubt, the experience warrants a return visit. My friends have been staying there quite a bit, and I have been more inclined to stay around the Sukhumvit 22 and 31 locations. I always thought Soi 11 was somewhat "messy". After my one week stay this week, my view has changed. It...

Main attraction of the hotel is starbucks coffee. I liked the pool though its small. Food is average. Club rooms are really good. Room size big compared to other hotels in soi 11. Lot of street food stall near to the hotel. 7 eleven is 2 minutes walk

Very nice and polite staff. The rooms are great, clean and huge. The location, Soi 11, is one of the best location. This because of the many many restaurants, bars and discotheques. There are enough taxi's in the street, and within 5 minutes walking you can take the BTS (station Nana) ! Well Recommended !!!

There are lots of good hotels in Bangkok that represent both quality and good value, the Presidential Palace on Soi 11 is not one of them. The Hotel: Best described as a “Boutique” dive Hotel, it’s generally home to the tired tawdry and desperate tourist. The patrons in the Lobby pretty much sums up the shuffling lot that select to...

Stayed in President Palace because Soi 11 is one of the liveliest place in Shukhumvit, also there are great options for dining, clubbing, fooding. Moreover, shopping malls are near by as well. The BTS is also walking distance from the hotel. Money Exchange, 7/11 is a minute walk. We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights in Deluxe Double Room...

I have stayed in this hotel before and although the quality has declined, it still is a great value for money. Very good location, walking distance from Nana station, this hotel stands out from the rest due to its exceptional customer service. The staff are wonderful and attentive. We stayed there for 2 days and were very well taken care...

Recently had 4 nights here. Usually stay at Presdient Solittaire but tried here for a change. Had deluxe double room and thought it was great. Spacious, refurbished and nice bathroom. Breaky good, location fantastic. You can't really beat Soi 11 for location. Train a 5 min walk. Nice pool.

We were staying there as a sports team for a 3 day weekend. Out of the 30+ of us that stayed there everyone thought it was good value for money. Good rooms and great location. A big thanks to Angkana! From the first initial contact she was extremely helpful with our requests. This will be our choice of hotel next...

This is a good hotel. Don't expect anything fancy. Good Location. Big size rooms. Average breakfast. If you are travelling on a budget I would suggest this is a good hotel. Customer service was good. Nothing to brag about. Only plus are the large rooms.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
