Well where do I start, we were booked into this hotel by Travelbag after asking to be right at the centre of town by all the attractions. This hotel curtail your us not. It's not the hotels fault but you have to get the underground, sky train and a boat to get to the old town, although metro and boat...

As part of our honeymoon package we came to Bangkok first for 3 days then Phuket for 7 days We stayed here and did some excursions, I'd recommend to do your research on excursions and pay for it when you are in Bangkok rather than in the U.K. with travel agent as it works out so expensive!!! The stay was...

Stayed here late March. Staff friendly. Facilities good. Air conditioning in room not very effective, unable to open window to get fresh air. Route to swimming pool a bit dark and dingy, though swimming pool area itself was good. Breakfast buffet tasty, with a wide choice.

Absolutely disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Lobby and dining area might look the part but hallways & rooms certainly don't. Bathrooms definitely need a facelift. Staff quite friendly apart from the harassing hotel taxi driver. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Decent for one night stay.

A lovely hotel with a rooftop pool that offers top notch breakfast. Great location in terms of the subway and the city centre. 7/11 nearby. We have stayed there on two trips and were very pleased both times.

My partner and I spent a night here at the end of January in order to attend a concert in the adjacent Thailand Cultural Centre - the ability to leave the car at the hotel and walk to the venue was a distinct 'plus', and one of the reasons for choosing it in the first instance. Check-in was quite efficient...

This was my first visit to Bangkok, so I'm afraid I don't have much to compare it to, but I feel I must warn people about this hotel! A friend and I stayed there for three nights from 21st - 24th Jan 2017 and we were utterly astonished by how rude the staff were. The hotel itself is fine -...

They need to cater for international varitey of food, the staff need to be fluent in english to accomodate the guests as well as look at offering a free shuttle service to the nearby attractions. overall i had an average stay at the hotel

We stayed here for two nights. Breakfast was good. Expect to be staying in the busy big city life. Nothing quite, or clean about this area! Rather spend a few more nights on a secluded island if you want to rest. The hotel itself needs some maintenance, our bathroom needed a lot of tlc. Hotel charges for wifi.

Clean room, comfy bed, helpful staff, English manageable... Well located for nightlife and restaurants... Good coffee... Missed breakfast due to early flight, but got breakfast pack with sandwich and water. Perfect for 1 night sleep over
