Currently staying here and alarm is set to go in 4 hours for a 5am departure. Have been laying in bed for 4 hours already with not a wink of sleep. We have heard every elevator bell and are staying in the room furthest from the elevator. Every door open and close on our floor as the room doors stick....

Was staying in this hotel on the way to Koh Samui, with a very early flight. Picked this hotel as it is very close to the airport, the roundtrip transfer is provided free of charge, and there is a shopping mall nearby. The proximity to the airport was a convenience, it is less than 10 minutes trip by car, what...

Stayed here on our way back from our SE Asia trip for 1 night, as a stopover hotel. Were met at the airport, driven to the hotel after a 20 minute or so wait, and checked in and shown our room. The room was very big, with a kitchen and balcony. Everything was clean and the bed big and comfy....

I booked this on agoda.com, great value for money USD32@ including free airport transfers exclusive of breakfast. Upon booking, I wrote under "special request" my flight details. Upon arrival, I saw their driver with my name held in the exit no. 4 area. I had to wait for 15-20 mins before boarding their new and clean mini van with other...

Stayed practically 2 whole days and one night as a stopover. Room was large and neat, but only 1 mini shower gel and 1 mini shampoo and half a toilet roll left on holder, plus one tea bag and only two sachets of combined coffee/whitener/sugar. Air/con only blowing cold air if you stood under it!Staff were friendly though and let...

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport and transfer 2-way is included in most rates - perfect for transit passengers like myself. The shuttle seems to run only once an hour, but it's so close I'm sure a taxi would be worth it to sleep 30 more minutes if necessary. The rooms are huge with an attached kitchenette. For...

We booked this hotel the day before arrival on Agoda.ca. I e-mailed the hotel with our flight details the day we were arriving. At the airport, there were people there to meet us, got us right on a shuttle over to the hotel and another group of people grabbed our bags while we checked in. We were brought up to...

Stayed here overnight while travelling from Bangkok to Krabi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean - but you def get what you pay for. That's not a bad thing - it was great for over night and free wi-fi was fantastic. Would not stay there longer though, the bed was very hard and the bathroom wasn't...
