Loved it. You get a complimentary shuttle from the airport and then a cool towel and iced tea upon arrival. The woman who looked after us spoke excellent English. The rooms are in great condition, as are the common area. They have a small pool in nice back garden. It's five minutes walk to the Skytrain. Huge bed. They also...

I would definitely stay at Baan Pra Nond again. I couldn't hear traffic at all from my room and when in the common areas it didn't bother me, anyway the good things about Baan Pra Nond more than make up for it... Friendly & warm service that feels very genuine and chilled-out, really comfortable bed and the nicest shower I've...

This was a perfect place to explore Bangkok from. It's a ten minute walk to the pier and a five minute walk to the skytrain. I was given great information about things to do and places to eat. There was a free ride from the airport waiting for me when I arrived. The rooms are cute and very comfortable, great...

When planning my Bangkok Vacation for June this year I decided that I wanted to stay in a 'Bed & Breakfast' place since I was staying for two weeks in a row. I wanted to stay at a place that could give me hopefully a little bit of a 'coming home' feeling after a long day on the streets of...

My partner and I have just returned from a 3 week trip through Thailand and staying at Baan Pra Nond was one of the highlights of the trip! After a long flight from Australia it was the perfect place to relax and slide into holiday mode. Beautifully designed, the entire property is decorated in a lovely thai colonial style, with...

My boyfirend and I were booked into the BnB by my brother and his partner while they visited us in Bangkok on our 4 month S.E Asia back packing trip. We were worried about the money being a waste but from the moment we got there we had no doubt in our mind they had picked the perfect place in...

Booked a room at Deluxe Room 4 for 3 nights for a short holiday with my wife. We really like the deco and colours used in the room. The furniture were colonial-styled, french-classic types and we really loved it! We were well attended by the staff who were polite and friendly. Breakfast differs each morning and we had an English...

We stayed here at the end of a two-month backpacking trip all over Southeast Asia. Baan Pra Nond felt unbelievably luxurious compared to many of the places we'd stayed. And not luxurious in the skyscraper-hotel sense – this was like staying in a distant relative's beautiful old estate, filled with period details and a real sense of place. The owners have...

We were welcomed by the owner and given a glass of iced tea whilst our bags were taken up to our room, from then on we felt part of the Baan Pra Nond family. The main house is a beautifully restored Thai villa - where breakfast was served. Breakfast was excellent and varied the 3 days were were there. On...

My husband and I started our honeymoon at Baan Pra Nond and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We arrived around 1am after nearly 23 hours of flying and the entire staff came to greet us with Thai Iced tea and smiles. Our room was beautifully furnished with antique-style furniture, as was the entire house. Breakfast was large enough...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
