What can i say. Hotel run down NOT recently renovated as advertised. No towels or hand towels. Half a roll of toilet paper. Beautiful big bath err but no plug!
Leave car keys at reception!
Beds soft and broken. Pillow one inch thick.
Stayed with three kids in a 3 BR apartment. The area had less options for the traveler (especially vegan/ vegetarian) compared to somewhere like silom.
The room was a little tired, but the AC was good. Staff were happy to bring me cooking gear as...More
Breakfast is terrible. Gym is not worthy to be called a gym, too small and equipment too old with not enough weights. Pool is dirty and we were never sure chlorine was used regurarly to clean it either, and no sun-beds by a rooftop pool?...More
We had 3 nights booked at the highly ironically named Paradise Sukhumvit....but we didn't even last an hour.
They couldn't find my details when we first turned up, so we sat and waited in the grim reception that was full of other people's suitcases.
Fear price and very good hotel! Very helpful hosts. Early booking available. We checked in 7 AM. Only bad thing is the restaurant in hotel. We ate once and it was very disappointing. Anyway, highly recommended accommodation for groups and families (4-5 people).

Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix
of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.
