When we first check in, we did not feel welcoming from the 2 staffs at the counter. After that we had to carry our baggage to 4th floor with no lift in the building, then we found out the aircon in the room isn't cooling...More
Staffs were very warm and one of best experienced in my recent travel. I would love to be here again and again.
Best place you will live in Bangkok with best view and location . Easily accessible to local buses and trains to travel.

Very cosy, family environment and superb service. Home away home! The best place to rest in Bangkok is KAZA Boutique hotel @Ekamai. My stay in the Kaza boutique hotel was really wonderful. I would like to highly recommend to stay your night here!!!
