Really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff were really friendly and went out of the way to make me comfertable. Check in was super efficient and i was given an upgrade and the hotel was really nice in allowing me to do an early check in even though i reached well ahead of the checkin time. They have really taken a lot of care to ensure everyone feels safe by adding several touches in terms of safe distancing and signages. While the Breakfast buffet is still not operating one can order anything on the menu and it was very good and more than adequate. I tried the restaurant for one of the days and food was really good and pricing was very reasonable.
Overall would recommend this property as it is well located, great service level and very comfertable in terms taking care of both leisure and business stays. All in all great value as well !!

Sharing the same building as The Mercure, the Ibis Styles has certainly hit the mark in terms of price, comfort and service. Given that it is only a few hundred baht more that some of the seedy and dreadful alternatives in this area, it’s well worth the extra to get the very clear benefits. From the seamless and very courteous check-in to the impeccable although small rooms, this new build is the place to be when in this part of town.

Today is my last day in quarantine and the experience, as unusual as it is given the current Covid situation, was quite pleasant. I chose this hotel because of the smart TVs and their cancellation policy. Other hotels that I researched only allowed cancellations up to 7 to 3 days before arrival and my concern was if I tested positive for Covid before leaving home. But, the hotel confirmed that if I tested positive that I would receive a full refund.
The hotel has provided amazing service which has either met or exceeded my expectations. The staff are kind and professional. I felt safe here. The rooms are clean. The food is good with a nice selection. I was never hungry and I stopped ordering a starter and dessert with my meals as the portions were too much for me.
The relaxation areas are quite nice with beautiful views of Bangkok - which is nice when you're in quarantine. I used their room service a few times when I wanted a fancier coffee or dessert and they were nice treats.
I've enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again for quarantine or just a regular visit.

I stayed here for my ASQ in Bangkok. For 15 days the hotel was providing good service, nice food, friendly staff. I'm impressed they give me a birthday cake during quarantine. Everything was provided and everyone was friendly. The room was very clean and have no dusts, no hair. The bedsheets are very sanitary and clean. The surfaces in the room are also clean with no dusts. The relaxation area were very clean. They provided alcohol gel in all areas and everyone was wearing sanitary covid19 friendly clothes. I will stay here again even without ASQ and after Covid19. The ASQ went very well and they adhere 100% and I was very impressed about everything they do is following protocol. I love this hotel and will stay here again.

I stayed this hotel for the first time. As I am Accor hotel member, I always try to pick Accor brand hotels. The hotel is in Nana area, where is close to night life, but thankfully, the room is quiet. BTS station is in walking distance.
The room is in nice design and spacious enough for solo or 2 person. The shower water flow is strong enough. They do not provide much except the shower cap, towel and soap dispenser in the shower room. Bringing your own is recommended. Otherwise, buy necessary items from mini mart across the road. The bed is comfortable for adequate sleep.
Only thing is that the hotel may not be the good choice for familes due to its location.

We loved our week long stay at ibis Styles. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to both the BTS and subway. We mainly used the Grab app to get around though. Right out the front door are countless restaurants, bars and street food/market sellers. We recommend Yardbird for coffee and the Middle Eastern section in soi 3 for food. Our room was spotless, a little small and surprisingly peaceful (considering all the mayhem on soi 4) with a lovely view over a green space on the lower floors. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and high pressure shower. Staff were always friendly, smiling and quick to sort out any issues. We were given two complimentary bottles of water a day. The rooftop pool was fantastic! We started each day with a swim. I only wish it was open later instead of being turned into a rooftop bar. Wi-fi speed is excellent. We had access to a safe in our room. I unfortunately left behind a small amount of cash and our sim cards from our Australian phones in our safe. The staff at ibis were incredible and offered to return my items by post OR have a colleague deliver our items to Chiang Mai at no charge. I was absolutely blown away! Special mention must go to Kantithat Janchoo for making this all happen. I've never experienced such superb service. Thank you once again. We will certainly be back to ibis Styles when we visit Bangkok.

IBIS Styles Sukhumvit 4: Location: very strategic, within 5 to 10 minutes walking from Nana BTS station. However, it is not convenient to walk for us as it was raining, and we were not aware that there should be a free shuttle provided by the hotel on hourly basis to pick up guests, which the hotel should actually inform us before we arrived. Parking space: plenty, with lift access to hotel's lobby. Hotel's staff: friendly but not so flexible about the hotel's policy regarding room's minibar deposit. There should be an alternative policy that should allow guests to skip putting THB 500 deposit by excluding the minibar's items from the room. Hotel's exterior and amenities: gym, rooftop infinity swimming pool with a beautiful Bangkok city view, and a small rooftop bar. Room's interior: very clean, but a bit dark, which is typical for IBIS Styles hotels. There are also minibar in the room, but only 2 mineral waters are provided for free. There is also a small window in the room covered with a roller blind. TV have some international channels to watch. Room's wifi: fast and not really stable as we got disconnected sometimes probably because of timeout settings. Room's shower/toilet: very clean, but shower area is a bit dark. Room's soundproof: good. Room's bed quality: comfortable with 2 pillows provided. Breakfast: delicious with variety of food that we can choose to eat. Check out: we need to wait for around 5 to 10 minutes for them to recheck and ensure that we did not eat or drink their minibar items that they provided in the room.

The hotel is well situated to explore the attractions of Bangkok. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest Skytrain station. From this convenient location, I found it easy to explore various locations such as Chatuchak market and the Grand Palace. The most impressive amenity is the rooftop. During the day, guests have access to an infinity pool that offers impressive views over the capital. During the evening, the rooftop becomes the RedSquare vodka bar. There are technically two hotels at this location: an Ibis Styles and a Novotel. Both have access to the rooftop. There are separate restaurants for each on lower floors. In my opinion, this hotel offers good value for money.

My wife and I stayed here for the last leg of our 2.5 week trip to SE Asia, and it was by far our worst hotel experience. To start, the hotel is in the Nana neighborhood which is one of the 3 red light districts in Bangkok. The area is somehow both seedy and expensive. This hotel is actually the lower few levels of a fancier hotel. The amenities listed (such as roof bar) are accessible, but with dress codes and high price tags. We found this very misleading. We even tried to watch a local TV channel for NYE fireworks, and were told we had to pay for access. The customer service in general was poor, and not helpful. Overall - not recommended, stay somewhere else.

Our location is among one of the popular area in Bangkok due to its proximity to entertainment, restaurants as well as world class Shopping from Central Chidlom, Central Embassy and Terminal 21 shopping malls. All these malls are within a 5 min drive with access via BTS Sky train. In Bangkok most rooftop bars have a dress code and our pricing is in line with all other popular rooftop bars. Being a vodka bar our signatures cocktails are all unique creations with the highest standard and craftsmanship. As for your comments about watching the fireworks on NYE, there is no such system requiring you to pay in order to watch the TV. There must have been some inaccurate understanding on that point. We would like to apologize once again for the inconveniences and frustrations you were faced with. I have stayed here 4 times and each occasion was great. This hotel is located within walking distance of Nana BTS and Nana plaza. Yet it's just far enough that you won't hear any of the noise in your room. The beds are comfy, the shower gets hot, the wifi is good, and there is safe in the room. On this visit, I arrived around 11am. Well before the 2pm check in time, but Baifern provided great customer service and checked me in immediately. I also asked for an iron, and housekeeping was knocking on my door to drop it off within minutes of my putting my bags down. I can usually find this hotel with rates under $40 per night. Book with confidence.
