The hotel is very well situated in Sukhumvit and is close to Terminal 21 and the BTS Asok making travel around Bangkok easy. While the hotel is old the rooms are very large, and there are many cupboards for clothes storage in the room. They are cleaned daily and are comfortable with good facilities. There are many restaurants near and...

Central location gives the value in this old hotel between soi 19 and soi 21. We had a 2 bedroom suite where the AC didnt work in the attached living room. We had 3 tvs, but they were all very old. Its ok for one night or two.

A very nice little hotel with very friendly staff. The Hotel itself is of an older standard and a bit worn around the edges. But the room is clean, the AirCon is great and it comes with a nice roof top pool and a gym. The breakfast is reflected by the Price, but The location is superb, just around the...

It's located near terminal 21 and BTS Asok. Which is mean it's easy to reach another tourist destination using BTS. This room equipped with TV, standing shower, sofa, desk, dining table, refrigerator. This hotel has swimming pool on top level, and breakfast on second level. It's quite old hotel but comfortable and the price is affordable. The staffs are friendly,...

You get what you pay for. This hotel was fairly cheap for the location, size and the amenities you get. For the good: - Room is OK, quite large, good size fridge, usual amenities and kettle (on request in my case). - Don't know if I was lucky or not, but my room was surprisingly quiet. No construction anywhere around...

I have used this hotel in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok for over 6 years and always return there when i am staying in Bangkok. It is in a very good location and handy for the nightlife and restaurants and also the Skytrain and Metro. It is very good value for the cost and the rooms are all different, some...

The rooms are well equipped, with a comfortable bed. We had no difficulty walking 3/400 yards to the train station and Terminal 21. I would probably stay again, but I was very disappointed that there is no wi-fi. Instead you have to purchase a relatively expensive subscription to 'Cybernet' which will work on only one device at a time.

Guys, I work in the resort, I saw a lot of them and different hotel as well. That was the first time when I was really angry. Do not trust that pictures and description! All lie. No hairdrier, no boiler, no bathrobes, no microwave and NO BALCONY! Anywhere. So dirty that my feet was black, asked them to clean and...

I booked this hotel for the location and price. It wasnt that cheap. The location of hotel was suppose to be near terminal 21 and the train station. However, the hotel was very hard to find. And when found, it looked terrible. The reception was like from the 90's. We were not aware that there was no free wifi. So...

For anyone looking for a reasonably comfortable budget hotel in Bangkok, this is not the place. For starters the address is a misnomer, the hotel is not on that street but 200 metres down a side street and believe me it took some finding. My room was old and dated, the bed linen and towels were clean but that is...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
