Location couldn't get any better and rooms are ok, some have balconies so try requesting for one. The ground floors have pool access room but beware for mosquitos. Service is also good and very professional, room service is exceptional but way overpriced. $50 USD for 3 pina coladas. Good hotel but nothing special. No views, only of the mediocre pool...

Relaxed stay at the center of Bangkok, convenient for business meetings. From check in to check out, all encounters with service and front desk employees was very well orchestrated and very smooth. The Thai design elements are nice so is the garden. Food was great. The next door shopping has all you need.

Dear Saida A, Thank you for your review. What a compliment. We hope to provide warm, caring and friendly service for all of our guests; the kind of service that leads to exceptional stays. We’re elated that you enjoy our rooms and the view into the greenery, not what one expects in the centre of Bangkok. You do however mention...

Arrived tonight for a 5 night stay, not having stayed before at the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok. Hotel foyer impressive. Booked a Cabana room and noticed the room smells musty / damp and unpleasant, particularly for a room of this price and hotel of this standard. Front desk offered to set up a fan and at 12:30 in the...

Dear Michael, Thank you very much for sharing your experience in this review on TripAdvisor. We were very sorry to read about the discomfort you are experiencing during your stay, in a room with a humid smell; it greatly concerns us since Bangkok has been experiencing high levels of rainfall, which has increased humidity levels in our rooms. At times...
