Tower Club at Lebua stands out for its sophisticated ambiance, complete with live music that adds class, though a few guests find the decor slightly dated and the music volume intrusive. The spacious rooms offer breathtaking views, yet calls for modernization, like USB ports, are common. Despite the criticism of the high-priced bars and eateries, the hotel's luxurious amenities, including an impressive breakfast and sky bar, receive high marks.
Its prime location garners universal acclaim, and while cleanliness is well-regarded, some inconsistencies in housekeeping are noted. The service at Lebua is often celebrated for its attentiveness and warmth.

Detailed Reviews
The rooms are a bit older and there are parts that are abandonded and not used properly, but the charme of the building and especially the almost perfect service are priceless. The lady's room on the ground floor was perfect. Everytime you come back everything is perfectly arranged to the detail and the staff in general spreads love all over the place. The food is outstanding on an international level. Everything is homemade. Only the coffee isn't good. I suggest felixkaffee (charging a additional fee for better coffee is absolutely ok) from austria or some other high quality coffee that pairs well with their kitchen. The choice and education of the staff is well managed. Everybody has an etiquette and shows you love and respect. That' s why we keep coming back for over 8 years now.

Staying over night at your place has been a very enjoyable experience. If there would be a perfect place to stay in this world you would probably be one of the best. Room is very spacious combining a living with a little kitchen and a large bedroom. Everything is clean and neat, quiet and plenty of natural light through large windows.
Service is excellent, every employees that we met are there to help, served and smile. It was beautiful to see.
Breakfast near the pool in the morning is a pleasant moment to start the day with, always surrounded by many dedicated employees who enjoy what they are doing as a gift to their customers.
We were surprised to be asked for our flight number and time of departure till arriving at the airport and without time to get out of the taxi, two employees of Le Bua hotel appeared suddenly to pick-up our suitcases and guiding us through the check-in process till they could no longer be with us anymore, they were efficient and so nice and so polite.
This story looks like a dream but that was just real. I took some of my time to relate it because this place deserve to be known for the appreciation of potential customers.
Lebua hotel has an excellent location to access any other spots in Bangkok, BTS or boat are a very short walk from the hotel. If we need to come back to Bangkok again, no doubt Le Bua is our choice to stay.
Thank you to all of you.

This hotel may be one of the older hotels, however it’s luxury, charm, views and breakfast are second to none.
My husband selected our 2 bedroom suite for our stay over New Year’s Eve and the view of the fireworks across our 4 balconies was breathtaking - a complete view spanning the river. The suite itself is far bigger than most people’s homes including our own.
The provision of a washing machine and drier meant that we could replenish our clothing supplies for the remainder of our trip.
The hotel bars are extremely overpriced however we had access to the tower club which had excellent wines, a lovely afternoon tea and access to the iconic walking bridge.
The piece de resistance is the MAGNIFICENT breakfast buffet featuring cuisines from all over the world. It is quite simply the best breakfast spread that we have ever experienced across the globe.

We stayed in the hotel in Jan 2020 and were impressed from the minute we walked in. You take a seat and do the check in relaxing instead of the traditional check in desk. Who ever welcomes you ill check you inn and explain the hotel to you and privately escort you to your room. We had the "Tower Club, Lounge Access, River View" and the extra few bucks for the lounge access was definitely worth it as you have snacks and free selected drinks and beer till 6PM !!! still scratching my head how is this worth it to the hotel but oh hey i enjoyed it for sure ! Our room was on 58th floor which was almost on the top, it had great views and depends which you choose you either have the river or city view both are amazing. Mozzu which limited breakfast is and the lunge during the day have strict dress code for men, smart casual long pants, shirt and closed shoes no flips flops, women are a different story but still no bathing suits or such smart casual as well. The breakfast floor where the pool is located as well does not have a dress code so you can go as you please, there is a full breakfast selection that will blow many away. Enjoy the hotel as we did and take the Lounge Access if you can and you will not regret it !

A great hotel for couples looking for something special. Rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable bed and shower is perfect after a long flight. The soaps provided are high quality and a great souvenir to take home if you don’t get to use.
The fridge is filled with soft drinks (at no charge).
For lone business traveler’s it’s not that great. WiFi is slow and TV reception is poor with constant frozen screens. The lift can take a long time to arrive during busy times. Only 1 lift seemed to be available during my stay.
I was told I would receive a free cocktail at the sky bar when I checked in. However when I asked about this on my room being available they had changed their mind and told be that I would not be receiving this (very strange indeed).
As an Expedia Gold member I was upgraded to a river view on the 58th floor.
Breakfast was disappointing with very few western options compared to other 5 star+ hotels In Bangkok.
The room service prices are insane. So did not use like I normally would.
The side entrance of the building into reception is very unattractive.
I will probably not use this hotel on my next Bangkok stay.

The rooms are of a good size, clean, well decorated and the view is amazing. We stayed in a room on the 59th floor. Location is perfect. Everybody is very friendly and nice. The daily rates for the room are reasonable, especially if you book a room with access to the lounge on the 52nd floor, where you can enjoy free drinks and food until 6pm. Breakfast is the best I have ever had. The hotel has 6 of the best restaurants in Thailand, two of them
Michelin starred. There is also the famous Skybar, where the Hangover part II was shot. Lots of people coming and going, because the place is wonderful and you don’t pay to get in, even if you are not a hotel guest, but one drink costs not less the 35 dollars, even if you are a hotel guest. So people come, have a drink (or not), take a photo and go away. All the extras in the hotel are overpriced, even in the non-Michelin restaurants. We had dinner at Sirocco (great view, great music, great food) and spent 500 dollars without wine, which is insane for Thai standards. But you can easily go 2000 dollars in Mezzaluna. Even room service is very expensive. We have paid 30 dollars for a glass of the most inexpensive wine and 50 dollars for a macaroni and cheese. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just be careful with the extras.

The room is getting old, it does not worth for
The room is getting old not worth for the price of 200 USD per night, the facility is very poor or nothing such as, desk, light or even paper to write down something. For myself will not stay there agin.
The service is excellent they remember your name and try to make you feel more important such as call me Lady, as they saw my husband is an admiral, I told them no just call me normal as I am not in a Lady position, after that they call me Dr.(Phd. degree) how they find such a thing I am not a Dr. either. The lounge is closed due to COVID 19 but they allow to use one of the restaurant as lounge, can dirnk wine or beer at any time but it will be closed at 6pm and no cocktail. Food is not good neither breakfast nor snack.
The Breeze restaurant, is expensive compare to quality of food that we got, USD 700 for 2 persons,on a 5 courses meal and appetizer.
Overall the only good thing of this place is just friendly staff try to make you feel like home. But because the whole building that can take 200 guest, only less than 10 quest there.
Not recommended for the modern business man.

Tower Club rooms of the Lebua hotel are starting at floor 53. The club on floor 52 (of 64) is actually the entrance of two restaurants and closes at 6 p.m. You have no terrace only for the club members or the other hotel guests. You have to join all other visitors (and there are a lot!) and pay the same prices. I know many other top level hotels and resorts. To be honest: The price policy for food & beverages (outside the club and the opening hours of the club) is outrageous, not only over Xmas and New Years Eve. In the bars on the top floor you have to calculate for a bear or any cocktail at least USD 30. Furthermore, the rooms are old fashioned, the air con machine is on your own veranda, and the interior is standard of the 90ies. Renovation is urgently needed! No doubt, the staff is always very helpful (but nothing special for this hotel class). After all, next time I will stay in another place and maybe go to the top-floor for a drink.

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! The staff was exceptionally helpful, nice and very attentive. They made sure we had a great time and was always there to help with anything whether it is taking an order or simply just taking a picture. The room was very nice and clean and the view from the balcony was mind-blowing; with the options of river and city views, we stayed in a river view room and it was beautiful throughout the day, with a lovely sunset and night lights of the city. During our stay, we visited two bars; Lebua No. 3 and rooftop sky bar. The drinks were also good, but quite expensive relative to other places in Bangkok. The atmosphere in both of these places was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to visiting this hotel again.

Nice, big rooms, the tower club is the better of the two options - our to came with breakfast and access to the tower club which had free alcoholic drinks and food for most of the day as well as access to skybar. The staff was very friendly. Food at breakfast was excellent. The pool is ok - not spectacular but big and plenty of chairs. Massages at the spa were reasonably priced for a hotel but of course more expensive than street massage parlors.
Location is excellent for site seeing. It's a short walk to the Oriental river boat stop which takes you to many of the major tourist destinations in the city such as the grand palace and reclining Buddha.
Definitely recommended and would stay in again.
