Thanks NapPark my time in Bangkok was amazing because of you, all the people was so nice and Mrs. View was so helpful and kind with everything I asked, she was polite and professional even with some random rude guests arriving late at night, thanks a again and I’ll be back. Amazing place
This was my first hostel after arriving into Thailand. Within an hour of arriving I had already met a bunch of people, one of whom I traveled on with. They do yummy breakfasts out the font and have comfy chill beds out front that are perfect for lounge around on and chatting, or getting a bit of work done. The Hostel is in the perfect location beside the Grand Palace, and Khoa San Road. It is also across the road from the bus stop for the bus/ ferry to Koh Kood and Koh Mak Islands in the North East. The dorm is one huge room, with each2 sets of bunks separated by a fabric wall. So although it says 22 bed, it is more so sublets of 4 beds. However you ca still hear everyone and its not the best place if youre looking to sleep. The two women that work the bar/ breakfast bar are super friendly. But the night staff are more on the rude side.…
During my two night stay in a twenty-two bed dormitory room one guest started grunting heavily in the early morning night, as he attempted either to repeatedly rape a victim of trafficking or coitally screw a smelly compadre. Woken up but quickly back to Never Never Land it was still a distasteful experience - no matter how short the duration, when the fact is private rooms can easily be had elsewhere in Thailand’s capital city. Furthermore this place is too white, too Caucasian, too crude, too monotonous, too lacking in a diverse and interesting range of people - even though I believe it is only Thai nationals who are proscribed from staying here. Apart from the lack of control, filthy behaviour and condition of certain white guests, this hostel accedes to their refusal to get used to bum guns/bidets. Instead in the four toilet cubicles (total) on two floors, toilet paper - that creates blockages and which the sewerage system can’t handle - is provided. What is common in the rest of Thailand and the entire region is absent - namely a hygienic way to clean oneself after a number two. What ?! Utterly unacceptable and a horrendous state of affairs. The good features of this hostel - apart from these limitations - is the relatively clean condition of the building, and the classical decor in the ground floor lobby area and stairwells, together with the tiny rooftop area. With an easily purchasable reusable water bottle one may also make use of the drinking water tap in the curtained off kitchen area - usually not accessible except to staff, but which the kind woman at reception permitted me to fill my bottle with.…
The night staff are rude I don't live here but I am a customer as well I bought their bucket (they have a mini bar there) I asked for the toilet and they were just unfriendly and said bad words to me. If they talk nice I wouldn't mad at all.
