We only stayed here for 2 nights because our plane schedule were rebooked. I will rate higher not only for the following reasons that hope they can immediately improve on. No one will help you with your laguages by the time you check in. Staff at the B2 Lobby were very RUDE. They were speaking in Thai infront of you...

If you're looking for a clean, decent place to stay overnight, the Thongta will suffice. Do not let the word "resort" fool you, as it is definitely not the idea most Westerners have of a resort. The good thing about the Thongta is that it's clean and the staff are friendly, and most importantly, it's close to the Bangkok airport....

The hotel representative was right there where they said he would be for the free airport pick up well past midnight. Very close to suvarnabhumi airport. We had a triple room , very neat and clean at only 1020 baht. The complimentary breakfast with the room was nice too ! Couldn't ask for more. Will love to stop by again...

Plus: Thongta is just 12 minutes ride from/to the airport, with free airport transfers. Meeting location at the airport was in the normal place, and we left after only a few minutes wait for the shuttle. The hotel exterior is attractive. Check-in was quick. The room (#205) was clean and large, with a balcony, and cost only 780 baht. The...

I had a one night stopover on my way from Australia to UK. The reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was close to the airport. I was very disappointed in the room and the state of the linen. It is NOTHING like pictured. The towels are grubby and grey, they need to invest in this area. I...

The last thing you want to do after waiting an hour in the immigration hall is to spend another hour looking for the "free hotel shuttle". We eventually found the shuttle rep at gate 4 of the airport. She was the most miserable looking girl standing behind a list of other peoples' names, with the name of the hotel written...
