Location is 2 mins to Phloen Chit BTS. Fantastic view from our 2 bedroom duplex suite. Service staffs has excellent service and attitude. Except for minor wear and tear of room, all else was above expectations. Thank you!

Large and clean room Pillow menu. Delicious breakfast with large variety of Thai and western food. Good swimming pool Friendly and efficient staff with very good English. Nice lounge with large varity of beverage and snacks.

We stayed for 4 nights, great room with nice view of the city. Near BTS station but quiet area near Central Embassy. Swimming pool is excellent. Nice and helpful staff speaking good English. We told them that it was our birthday trip and they surprised us by offering free birthday cake to us, and it's delicious! Complimtary and unlimited supply...

good location. Walkable to bts and pratumun. thai food at Eatthai (central embassy) not bad but on the high side. bathrooms are huge (we had 2 bedrooms type). Coffee, tea and snacks available 24hr at lobby. -ve: 2 entrances, privacy for sharing but we preferred more connected that is why we booked a 2 bedrooms instead of 2 individual rooms....

Room is nice, comfortable and big. Swimming pool is small but very clean. Breakfast and the dining enviroment could be more better. They provided taxi arrangment service is very good. Staff very nice.

The room was magnificent. City views from 3 different directions. Large bathroom and separate room for luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to Metro Station. Everything you would expect from a 5*. Would definitely stay there again.

I experienced a very good service from one of your staff (executive chef) in the morning he observed that I was looking for some hot porridge in every morning and he showed his genuine care for customer and prepared some hot porridge for me

Great location near the train station, food carts and restaurants, taxi service, shopping malls(Central Embassy), and currency exchange. Easy access to everywhere. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of October. We should have stayed an extra night in hindsight. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the sky rail. The swimming pool is great for relaxing in the morning and evening and the spa and gym were very good. The rooms are massive with great views and the...

Stayed here last year and decided to return this year. Hotel is well located to the centre of Bangkok and a short walk to the nearest BTS station. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the hotel staff offer a friendly and efficient service. Breakfast had improved, with a lot more choice on offer that varied daily. A real pleasure...
