My stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Bangkok was an exceptional experience, combining convenience with tranquility. The hotel's central location in the bustling city center provided easy access to attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The staff's warm hospitality and genuine smiles made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. The attention to detail in my room was impeccable, offering elegant furnishings, plush bedding, and modern amenities that catered to my every need. The stunning views of Bangkok's skyline from my window added to the overall charm. The hotel's facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool, were outstanding. What truly impressed me was the personalized surprise gesture from the staff, who presented me with a handwritten birthday postcard signed by the entire team and a delicious chocolate cake. The exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff created a memorable experience. In summary, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, luxurious accommodations, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, as it guarantees an unforgettable stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotels. The hotel is directly connected to BTS station Asok and Terminal 21. Super convenient especially when it is pouring rain outside.
The rooms are clean and quiet facing Terminal 21. Staff are friendly and helpful. Heartfelt thanks to the young staff Mr. Nueng speaking good English, gave us great help in booking the hotel van, dinner in the hotel Japanese restaurant. He wore smile on face every time I met him.
Luggages could be kept with the concierge after checking out and guests could even take a shower when getting back the luggages in the gym room.
The bar on the 27/F has a beautiful view and so relaxing to have the welcome drink there.
Strongly recommend and definitely will stay again !

The Solaria Nishitetsu Bangkok is one of the newest hotels in the city, and everything there looks new and clean, and smells fresh, from the wooden flooring to the carpet, right down to the bath towels. The hotel is located conveniently next to the Asok BTS station by covered walkway (you really can't miss it, unless you want to) and the humongous Terminal 21 mall is on its opposite side. We stayed for two nights there, and we wished we could stay a little more. The staff were exceedingly polite and attended to our requests without hesitation. Our party of three booked the Deluxe Corner Twin Room which was located on the 26th floor. The views were magnificent! The room itself is clean, spacious and neatly organised. And the beds, well, it gave all of us a good night's sleep, which is what every guest wants in a hotel. The swimming pool and the gym, and the hotel's in-house bar is located one floor above us, on the 27th floor. Breakfast is a choice of 3 dishes, either, local, Japanese or western. We tried all 3, and each dish has its own merits. There is a bread and salad bar if you like a bit more calories. Overall, our stay at this hotel has been a memorable experience, and we have made it a point to come back again the next time we visit Bangkok.

The location is great, just steps away and being linked to the Asok BTS station, with the Sukhumvit MRT also four minutes away. Connectivity to Bangkok was quick and easy and most destinations like Chatuchak, Jodd Fairs and Saphan Taksin piers were a direct trip away.
The room was spacious, with a view towards the Terminal 21 building opposite. It was well appointed, and had more than enough electrical points, without the need of adaptors. Water pressure was good, and hot water was available throughout. The bed was large and comfortable. TV channels had few English ones, with most being in Thai. There were also Japanese, European, including Russian, and Korean and Mandarin channels.
Staff were friendly, and always greeted us in the lobby. Recommend that you book directly with the hotel, as you are given drink vouchers at the rooftop bar on the 27th floor. The pool on the same floor is small, but adequate, and there is also a small gym.
Our stay was curtailed as they had to shut the hotel down for a day of electrical testing - this was preplanned and we were told of this when booking.
There was a weird smell much like sewage or plumbing issue on the 14th corridor, as well as in the lobby sometimes.

Room, bed and bathroom were all comfortable. We turned the chair and small side table to face the window where we would just sit, gaze out at the view and relax. Bathroom was comfortable in that two people could move around without issue. Toilet was a bidet with heated seat. Shower water heated quickly and pressure was good.
Pool faces south so there's a lot of sun to warm the water. On the same level if you walk through the bar (which opens at 2 pm or 3 pm) there's a very nice open air seating area in the shade but is too far to access wifi. Gym was small accurate to publicity photos.
Hotel restaurant for breakfast offered three main options (Japanese, Thai or Western) along with a small salad, fruit and bread selection buffet style. All choices were delicious. Lunch specials for 500 THB were available. Dinner menu was upscale Japanese. Food and service overall at the restaurant was fantastic.
No onsite self serve laundry. Reception was very strict about guests not being allowed early check in before the 3 pm check in time. Ultimately lives up to Nishitetsu's Solaria premium branding.
Location in Asoke with direct skywalk connection to the Asoke BTS station on the east side.

Booked this place as it is literally attached to BTS Asoke. The room is spacious and well designed. The toilet has a sliding door that opens into the bed area so two persons can use the toilet at one time. They provide 4 bottles of water, tea bags and instant drip coffee. Simple amenities like toothbrush set, shower cap, cotton pad, comb and Q tip are available. Bed is comfortable, pillow is a bit soft. Thoughtful design to have the key card and cups in one black and one white. No mix up. Will return again

I lived in Bangkok for two years and come back at least once a year. In Bangkok location of your hotel is key, which means the hotel should be close to a BTS station to get around easily. We always stay close to Asoke BTS station since there is so much to do in this area and there is also a MRT station connected to it. There are not too many hotels that are directly linked to a BTS station but the Solaria is and also connected to one of Bangkok‘s popular shopping malls „Terminal 21“. You get great value for your money. The rooms are big enough, clean, minimalistic but still chic.
We will definitely come back but here are a few suggestions of things that should be changed or added:
1. I don’t eat breakfast but my husband does. We always go to breakfast together so I can have my coffee and he doesn’t eat breakfast alone. Unfortunately they don’t have a la carte coffee and they also don’t offer a price for just getting a filter coffee from the buffet. This should definitely be changed.
2. Offer water bottles or a water station in the Gym
3. Lotion in the bathroom

My 2nd stay at the hotel. Solaria Hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The complimentary bottled water provided in the rooms was a thoughtful touch, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere that allowed for a restful night's sleep.
However, I encountered a not so pleasant experience when the hotel failed to provide me with the three rooms I had booked on the same floor. This was disappointing as I had specifically requested this arrangement through Agoda chat.
Overall, while the hotel offers convenience to the train station, complimentary amenities, and quiet rooms, the issue with room allocation detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I like to travel abroad, but in my case, I get bored with my diet after spending days.
This hotel serves Japanese set meals for breakfast. (In addition to the Japanese set meal, there are several types to choose from, including egg-based and vegan.) Besides set meals, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat salads, bread, yogurt, natto, etc. Drinks included milk, coffee, orange juice and green tea (not sweet). The white rice in the Japanese set meal was shiny, the main fish was salmon on the first day and mackerel on the second. The side dish, a small bowl, was just as well seasoned. It is a satisfying breakfast even if it is served in Japan, but it was kind to my stomach to come to Thailand and enjoy such Japanese food.
There were also amenities such as toothbrushes and loungewear.
We didn’t have time to experience it, but we also had a gym, pool, and a little bar on the top floor that was open only at night.
The next time I come to Thailand, I will stay at this hotel because it is easy to access from the train station and shopping mall.
Thank you very much.

The front desk is very friendly because they understand Japanese.
The toilet in my room was comfortable with washlet.
In the morning, we changed our breakfast to a lunchbox to join the early tour.
I asked for the sandwich without mayonnaise and they were happy to help (I emailed them from Japan and they replied quickly)
The hotel is directly connected from the station and is highly accessible and English is recommended.
At the bar on the top floor, 40% off at happy hour from 17:00 to 7pm.
There were non-alcoholic cocktails for those who couldn't drink, and the view was great.
