Fantastic stay! The staff are all amazing, helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The pool area is great and the buffet breakfast has a huge variety. Although it is away from the most popular tourist sites there is plenty of great places to explore and eat. We have stayed here several times and we will come back again.

What a great new hotel on Sukhumvit, centrally located (100m Asok Mrt). This is one of the few hotels on Sukhumvit where you have no issues from noise from outside (yes this is frequent in other 5 stars) Nice lobby with great coffee place in the Lobby, Nice restaurant on -1 level (international & Thai dishes) and super rooftop. I stayed in a Club room, the service in the magnific Club lounge is really extraordinary. Amazing cocktails in the evening, heaven of peace during the day. My special thanks to Pepé, Wawa & Jane in the lounge to make my stay memorable, they are a tribute to the Carlton and to Thai hospitality in General. I will be back next July, cannot wait 😊. They also have a great big pool with a nice pool bar. (could do with more pool chairs during certain times of the day). In all, a great experience and a hotel that I look forward to return to… …

- Staff: All the staff were kind, especially thanks to Rosie and Kook. - Room: It was a modern and sophisticated interior design, and the view was excellent. - Transportation: The hotel is close to Asok Station and Sukhumvit Station, so it is a good location to visit by subway. - Conclusion: Staff, room and transportation are all satisfactory, so I will use the Carton Hotel on my next trip.

a We stayed at Carlton hotel for two days. At the front, We met korean staff, ‘Rosie’. She welcomed us kindly. And she helped us a lot, when we need a help related to laundry service. We were able to stayed at the hotel comfortably just by the presence of the korean staff. And staff ‘Kook’ also gave us nice services!! When I had to weigh my luggage, Kook was willing to bring me a scale and helpd me. Also, He helped us to go to the airport with a low taxi rate. Thanks to especially two staffs, We made nice experiences at trip of Thailand and Carlton hotel.

Gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location. Lovely pool area and amazing staff. A real sanctuary to relax and enjoy. Will definitely be back! We stayed for 5 nights and the food in the local area is excellent. Very conveniently located for BTS and subway transport options.
