We had a peaceful stay at ASAI Hotel for 4 days and front desk has been very accommodating from getting our laundry done to translating for our grab driver whom we accidentally left our phone with. The front desk receptionist Kumpoy, cheerfully translated and even used her personal phone to get in touch with the driver to ensure we got our phone back. She’s an angel! Kumpoy, is friendly, professional and very kind. Thank you! We will be back due to her hospitality and how clean the hotel and facilities are. Also, might I add that ASAI hotel is centrally located a block from the night food that everyone boasts about.

Kumpoy and all the front of house staff were amazing from the moment we arrived till the moment we left! Even on our last day offering us late check out as well as shower facilities when our flight was at 11pm. Amazing hotel and to be honest rather underrated if you ask me!

Our stay at Asai was wonderful, the rooms are new, clean and tastefully designed. We had a very comfortable big bed and the lobby is lovely to relax in. There is also a pool table and 24hr gym for guests to use. The location is just off the main/busy streets of main Chinatown but only a very short walk away. It is also very close to one of the metro stations - about a 5 minute walk. The service at the reception was always welcoming and friendly. France at reception demonstrated this and was extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Friendly helpful staff, let us check in earlier and the reception area is quiet even though close to MTR station. Right in the middle of Chinatown. The AC in the reception is nice as well, looks like a modern new hotel.
