Never again ; regardless of proximity to Airport as this is the most overrated hotel I have ever stayed at in Thailand. Tiny rooms and 50s decor possibly bought in the 50s despite booking the best room available on site.

Picked because of location to the airport – 10 minutes. It’s a clean spot for the low budget traveler. Receptionist was able to arrange an early morning taxi for us (150 B). No restaurant at the hotel, but they did offer ramen noodles for purchase in the room.

The room was fine and the A/C worked well. The breakfast was basic but ok. Staff did not speak much English. The best part of this hotel is the proximity to the Airport. Its an ok option if you are going to airport or coming late from the airport like we were.

The moment I checked into this hotel, I feared for my groups safety. The hotel is located in an alley in a highly industrial area. It is not safe to walk around the neighbourhood at night. There are no phones in the rooms if you needed to call for help. However, the hotel spent a lot of money on security... More

This place is perfect for when you need a quick overnight in Bangkok. About ten minutes by taxi from the airport, nice room, friendly staff, extremely good value. Breakfast (included in our deal) was a little strange - it is the first time I have had chicken wings with my omelette, but they were GOOD chicken wings - but it... More

I stayed at Rafael Mansion Bangkok for one night after a late arrival in Bangkok and before an early departure the next morning. As a place to sleep, it was serviceable. Nothing to really recommend it or to undermine it. There was nothing around it to see and nowhere to eat but I wasn't expecting there to be so that... More

Good clean hotel conveniently located from Bangkok airport. The staff is friendly and rectified any issues we had with the room. Rooms are basic but they do have a refrigerator. Comfortable beds. Weak shower. Only one negative is that the hotel is located in an industrial area. Its alright if you are just spending the night but nothing much to... More

I stayed here on the night of 8/12/14 in order to catch a 6am flight. The location of the hotel should considered as very rough in the evening if you want to take a walk or need to find something to eat (as I did); the room was musty and greasy; there was no towels provided in the bathroom; the...
