I stayed at The Standard in for 8 nights in November and it was one of the most memorable hotel stays I've had in Bangkok (so much so that I will be staying there again in a few days' time). Special mentions go out to Khun Waraporn (Director of Rooms) and Khun Pai (who Waraporn put me in touch with), for their hospitality. Additionally, all the staff at The Parlor were friendly. The room was great as well - big , clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and frequent. Breakfast was delicious (although the selection was limited, which is fine for a short stay). A great perk of staying here is that you also get access to the Sky Bar each day. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay!

The Standard Bangkok exceeded all expectations and more! What a beautiful hotel situated in the heart of the Silom/ Sathorn area and located within the magnificent King Power Mahanakorn building. BTS station across the road making it very convenient. Check in was a breeze. Very fast and professional. We got vouchers to go up to the top of the buildIng, 78 floors up. The view, needless to say., was breathtaking. Breakfast was awesome! Ala carte breakfast is the way to go I say. Not a fan of buffets. Lots of healthy options available and both the western and Thai items were delicious and beautifully plated and presented. Fresh coconut water, avocado on sourdough, blue swimmer crab omelette as well as eggs done any style served with croquettes and the most tasty bacon just to name a few. The room was very spacious. Large bathroom. Oh so comfortable bed. But ooooh what excited us most was the high-tech Japanese washlet. It was all of the best quality including the TV and we could cast Netflix and YouTube when we wanted. Every single member of staff we encountered spoke good English and always greeted us with smiles and were very attentive at all times. The uniforms were so different and hip. Love, love, love the bathrobes! We dined at Mott 32 and I would highly recommend it. Food was good and the cocktails divine. Shout out to Khun Did and his team. Special mentions go out to Kathy at the front desk. She checked me in, took care of my luggage as the room wasn't ready, made some suggestions on where to go and what to do in the meantime and then arranged for my luggage to be sent up to the room. The Bell Team, Boom, Matthew and Henry. Whilst waiting for my Grab, we were chatting and I mentioned how much I loved a particular Thai snack. Imagine my surprise when I came back to my room to find a note from them and a bag of those snacks. Now that is service of a whole new level. What a wonderful experience it has been. When on our way to the airport I remembered I forgot something in my room. Henry arranged for a cab to come pick up my left item and coordinated him to meet our driver at airport dropoff curbside. Henry's service level, problem solving skills and quick thinking on his feet amazed us amd we are grateful!

The staff are attentive and genuine and have a legit care about how your stay is and how to improve it. Sometimes hospitality people just tick things off the list to get you moving but these guys actually listen and have thoughtful input. The Parlor is fantastic and the music set up there is unrivalled with Japanese rotary mixers and handmade Tannoy speakers. I was in heaven. Returning soon!

Staying here in September 2022 and January 2023 at same category standard king room, but different features. The later room was much smaller space and without bathtub and sofa. Room is clean and new, staff are friendly and standby to help you. Hotel breakfast is a la carte menu with asian and western cuisine. The foods are delicious, however, you may get bored with their same menu in 3rd day. Try to avoid room number ended with xx12, xx13, xx14, xx15 if you don't wish to have a room view with graveyards.

the stay is fantastic. location is great and jus a couple of min walk away to chong nonsi bts thru mahanakhon cube. the only issue i wanted to pick is the breakfast, which is not buffet. it is ala carte but may order unlimited. there were too few items to choose from, so by the end of my week, i would have tried everything given the sample size portion. there were only a few staff at the breakfast place with access to the ordering ipads and they clearly were unable to cope with the breakfast peak.

We came to stay at The Standard at the end of our trip in Thailand. It was also my hubby’s birthday and the team was amazing in helping make it a special occasion. Special thanks to Jessica and Nan for making it happen. The decor and comfort was right up my street. Nothing was to much to ask, we ate at Ojo and albeit not having availability, Nan helped us secure a booking. The housekeeping team was so kind and helpful. I am in awe and will defo look to stay at one of The Standard Hotels again.

Everything is sooo perfect here! You’ll find the room, staffs, location, service, food, decoration, facilities, hospitality and anything you are looking for your perfect holiday. I stayed here for 2nights and found ‘nothing’ to blame. If you come to Bangkok, please do not miss to experience a very unique style boutique hotel. Big recommend!

We stayed 1 night on Grand Opening day in dec 2022. It was big event and crowded. We were not join party because it was late for us and we wanted to spend relax time in hotel room. Service was nice. We love toilet and breakfast there a lot. Suck a nice windy weather in Bangkok. However, once bell boy sent luggage to our room, he wore shoes and step in. I asked him to take off but he mentioned about dirty and smelly. Even when waitress served juice, she wore shoes inside my room. I just want to recommend to concern about hygiene for Asian people.
