Good hotel in a good position. Actually when you go to Bangkok you don't care about pool and spa because you spend all day around the city! So why complaint abut that? Rooms are essential and clean. Staff is nice.
It was my first time and it didn't disappoint me at all. The service was excellent and the room was clean. It is close to Siam Paragon and you can walk there in just 10 minutes.
