The hotel has great decor. However, there were few things that could have made the stay more comfortable. 1. There is no natural light - no windows. It was very uncomfortable not having any natural light shining through the room. In the end I just let the room door open when I'm in the room. 2. No lifts - the...

Best hotel to stay if you love Thai food, as well as travelling around with BTS. The location of the hotel is very strategic and you can visit the 7-11 just right opposite of the hotel for midnight snack. However, the room that I stayed in is rather dim and there is no window for natural sunlight. The bathroom is...

I travelled as a group of 4. Rooms were clean, nice theme, nice furniture. Wifi could not be connected while 4 days of staying, tried to figure out with receptionist but still; no English TV channel. Staff are not friendly, food at hotel was not nice. Good location but quite and dark street.

Travelling with a budget? Here in this hotel you get a quite good hotel for an inexpensive price. Free wifi is available in the room, air conditioning system is good. On the plus side this hotel is near the BTS station and you can find a good sushi restaurant near the entrance.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The area felt shady and there was a weird smell on the street near the entrance. The rooms were very dark because there was no windows, the pillows the too hard and high for my liking and the water pressure from the shower was too strong to the point where it was uncomfortable....

The Siam Swana Hotel was fine. Let's just say it was a good price. The location was good although I wouldn't want to walk from the BTS to the hotel by myself at night as a female. The sushi place out front was great. Best sushi I've ever had. Expensive compared to Australia, but I think it was standard price...

My friend and I stayed one night and I was ok with that. We had room 120 which smelled of mold. I'm allergic to mold so it made it hard to stay in the room and sleep. I had to wear a mask to sleep. Esthetically the building and room look great. Rooms are slightly smaller than most hotel rooms...

The rustic ambiance hotel and earthly colors made it more appealing to me. The room is not that big but its comfy. The staff is helpful and so with the housekeeping. All our requests were provided quickly and timely. The hotel has a small pool. Its not a quaint hotel but decent enough.

I stayed at this hotel instead of my usual favorite as I m catching my flight the next day home, transiting from Chiangmai. Location is fantastic as it mins walk to BTS and 10 walk to MBK / Siam square area. I got the ground floor room, save my effort to climb the 3 level high hotel. Room is basic,...
