Stumble upon this hotel from the website and decided to stay here for a try. Nice Hotel overall and service was good. Room is clean and up to date. Only set back was the bed a little worn out and sunken. Other then that, overall the hotel was in a great location and very near to the BTS (Train) station...

Newly constructed few years ago at the center of Bangkok landmark, opposite to Central Embassy which connected to Central Chidlom. Hotel has direct access to sky train BTS which is very convenient to travelers. Room is classic modern. Staff is really welcome by international standard.

This hotel could have received full marks if the staff were more friendly and if the rooms were ready at their stated check in time. We booked three rooms and 2 of the three rooms weren't ready at 5pm. Do not expect an early or even an on time check in time. There were plenty of guests waiting at the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent experience at the hotel. We are most grateful for the kind comments on our rooms and breakfast, but regret to hear that we failed to meet your expectations on this visit. The hotel was very busy over the period and this was the main reason...

Great hotel, if you want to spend the money (which we all know you don't need to do in Bangkok, or indeed Thailand!). Everything you would expect - great rooms (huge) with incredibly comfortable beds and excellent service. Gorgeous swimming pool - unfortunately it doesn't stay in the sun all day, with most of the deckchairs in the shade by...

Stayed for 5 nights at this japanese inspired hotel. Service is great, rooms are large and comfortable. Centrally located across from shopping centre. Restaurants are great and staff are attentive, great choice at buffett. Booked here for pool but too warm, more like a hot bath and not enough seating. Stunning view though from the pool either sunset or sunrise.

I Strongly Recommend the Okura Prestige. Modern Japanese Hotel, Great infinity pool, Japanese technology bathroom, great service and excellent location on the BTS Rail network in the center of the city. I always stay at this hotel when in Bangkok.

The Okura is a leading hotel of the world so the package included a spectacular breakfast, limo transfer from BKK in a BMW and tea for two. The location is an upscale neighborhood with high end shopping near by, away from the hustle bustle touristy neighborhoods. The check in was organized and quick and they gave me an upgraded, large...
