I travel from Yangon to Bangkok every 70 days due to Myanmar visa dictates that foreigners are required to exit the country in that time frame. I normally use the economy airlines like Thai Lion Air, Nok Air or Air Asia to save a few bucks. All the economy airlines that I’m aware of fly out of Dom Muang Airport....

This place was absolutely fine for me despite all the bad reviews, no bugs and bed was clean. However something about it did make me feel uneasy. The night potter was very friendly and helpful but he met me in the airport on my way to another hotel and suggested this one. He got in the taxi with me and...

This hotel is named max-one as that is the absolute maximum amount of time (if any) you should stay at this establishment. While it may seem like a good idea because it's "cheap"..."close to the airport for your morning flight"..."you want to save $$ for your actual destination" .....a sleepless night with waking nightmares is what you will get. Let...

We checked in for a single night seeking a place close to Don Mueang Airport. (protip, people: it's closer to 'Moong' than 'Moo-ang'). It looked walkable from DMK - I can tell you it is in fact walkable. It's a rough, unsidewalked, 2+ km walk however - definitely better to take a cheap taxi. The receptionist / would-be security fumbled...

After reading the reviews on booking.com and tripadvisor, we expected a really terrible stay, but went to check it out as it is close to DMK airport. We got a large, clean room, and wifi (room closest to the reception area). There was no fridge as was described on booking.com, but the staff immediately brought in a fridge. We didn't...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two night as it was close to the airport. Turned out to be awkward to get to and also expensive for what we paid for. The male receptionist was rude and spoke next to no English, the hallways and our room smelt of urine, our room had 1 light out of 6 working,...

This hotel was close to the airport (60 baht taxi away) and good for our early morning flight. The TV did not work but the room was large with large ensuite. During the night I felt my hair move. I immediately stood up and when I turned on the light saw that it has been a cockroach in my hair!!!...

Don't wish to be rude but the title fits the property. We wanted somewhere to sleep for 7 hours before a flight from Don Muang. On arrival make sure you have the right cash to pay as the smiling night porter claimed to have no change! Room was functional and the sheets clean. We had a shower but the shower...
