The Duchess (formally Natural Ville) is a great value for your money. I have stayed there several times and have never been disappointed. The General Manger makes it a point to greet all guests and makes himself available to answer any and all questions.

Great location and very nice overall. They kindly upgraded us to a larger room for our 2 night stay and the room was huge, starting to look dated in certain aspects but no complaints over cleanliness. Hotel restaurant closed until after songkran for a refit but outdoor bar is open. There is some large scale construction going on adjacent to...

Good location - close to shopping malls and restaurants. There are a couple of Indian restaurants within 1 km from the hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. Swimming pool area is also quiet and relaxing.

We had booked a room with city view. We arrived at 16:30 and the only clean room with king size bed was at 8th floor. We had asked room to be high. At the 8th floor there was really strong pesticide smell in the corridor and we saw the equipment for crop spraying. In the room the air-condition did not...

When a hotel rates or claims itself as 5 stars. There are certain expectations that I personally expect. Duchess hotel almost ticks all the boxes. The rooms are very new and modern, great sized. There are no short comings to this great hotel in my opinion. The only reason I would give it a 4.5 stars is that compared to...

The service has improved especially in the reception. The apartment itself was amazing as always and this will be our home in bangkok for its excellent location, amazing suites ,good service and to...

Previously named Natural Ville, this lodging is perfect! We had a one bedroom apt with nicely appointed kitchen, living area and large bedroom. The location is convenient with a supermarket across the street, restaurants and shopped all around. The train is a five minute walk. Lumping Park is a ten minute walk. We have stayed here before and would do...

The good time of a Natural Ville or now renamed to "The Duchess” seems to be over. Cracked plates, coffee cups, salt and pepper spreader, rusty terrace chairs, in the shop/breakfast area, a 25 min. power failure at night, not functioning bathroom scale, street noise up to the 19th floor….

Was in town for business for two nights and stayed here. Everything in the room was a lot nicer then expected and had everything you would hope for. Only down fall was my shower that had very little pressure, but out of my group I was the only one. Had I been there longer I would have said something but...
