Had a very nice experience during my 2 nights stay. The staff are really professional and friendly, service at highest level! Good and spacious room, only downside was some noise from the ac generators outside (had a corner room at 10th floor). As an western guy living in China I almost start to cry at the breakfast table, unbelievably good...

We were happy and everything as expected for a 4/5 star hotel... Rooms big with large desks, cleaning very good and regular, some additional extras also appreciated. Staff always greeted us with a smile and also became friendly with hotel manager Chris (originally ozzy). We stayed in executive suites with breakfast, afternoon snacks, drinks and pre dinner etc. plenty of...

I stayed for just one night and the hotel met my usual high expectations for a JW Marriott. The rooms were of good quality and the staff were very friendly. I didn't make extensive use of the facilities I knew they were available if every needed.

Call me fussy but when you spend 100+ nights per year away, customer service is key for me. These guys have a long way to go on customer service. Hopefully their cheque for the purchase of SPG, teaches them something about customer service. I waited 35 minutes for a meal (which was then incorrect), with an empty restaurant - the...

I stayed here for business for three nights and really can't say enough good things about it. The check-in process was quick and efficient and the rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. It's in a great location in Bangkok: short walk to Nana and to the sky train, which gives you access to tons of great restaurants as well as...

No doubt this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed across Asia - from the service it provides (swimming pool, steam, room services), courtesy (greetings and room services) and location (close to Phloen Chit and Nana stations, 5 min walk to either station). Good view from the hotel room too (as per my attached photo). Great choice for...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
