I stayed here for a week over New Year. The room, staff and facilities exceeded all of my expectations.

The room- I arrived to my room to find the lamps already on and the air conditioning on. On the desk was a friendly welcome note advising me of the festivities in the hotel to ring in the New Year. I was in a higher level room which was wonderful for seeing the skyline of the city. The room features a big king size bed with a lighting control panel on the side table to control which lights were on in the room. There was a good size flat screen tv that offered a vast variety of channels to meet the needs of many languages. There was also a DVD player and sound system. The bathroom had a bathtub and seperate shower. The vanity was well stocked and mirrors a plenty. There was also a breakfast nook that had a coffee machine, kettle, various cups and glasses and a small minibar. A large wardrobe with hangers and a safe added to the comfort of the room. The room also had a doorbell. During my stay I found the room very quiet with minimal noise.

The staff-My goodness, the staff here were so attentive to my needs. Every person I spoke with had a big smile and would stop and take the time to talk and check if they could help in anyway. The staff in the Mistral Restaurant, executive chef Natalie, and floor staff Ying and Henry went out of their way to ensure that everyone’s stay was perfect. I can’t speak of them highly enough. NP in concierge was fantastic. Willing to answer all my silly questions or just smiling and saying have a good day. Little things go a long way.

Facilities-The hotel had a number of different restaurants including 25 degree burger bar and cafe/bar on the ground level, Mistral restaurant, level 2, for breakfast and lunch, the pool bar, level 5 (great for relaxing after all the sightseeing) to the amazing Scarlet restaurant, level 37, with amazing views of the city. There was also a gym, day spa and booking office for day tours. Everything was very respectfully organised. There was also a limousine service from the Airport at an extra charge which I took full advantage after a very long day of travel.

I cannot sing the praises of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G enough. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Stayed here mid March, due to changes in travel due to Covid-19. Choose hotel due to its location in Silom area with access to BTS a comfortable (for BKK) 5 minute walk away.
Check In was great, Warm and friendly welcome from Nook and Osmond who checked me who went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
I stayed in a 'traditional' non renovated (not all white) room. Great size and impressive view from the huge windows that took in parts of the river. Housekeeping do a great job in keeping these old and dated rooms in sparkling condition, however they really could do with refresh of furniture and the bathroom, while perfectly clean and spacious are extremely dated .
Had access to the spacious club lounge where manager Vincent was exceptionally engaging and charismatic. He is terrific in his role and runs a great lounge where all the staff seemed happy relaxed which created a great atmosphere. I only went to the lounge for breakfast which a substantial a la carte breakfast menu including freshly made juices and smoothies along with the usual continental set up.
Gym was great lots of equipment and space. Didn't go to the pool, was a very small area and mostly undercover.
Overall, it's all about the people in this hotel because the property itself is a bit odd. As other reviews have mentioned some areas have been renovated in that all white minimalist style while others areas have a more traditional look which is quite "jarring".

As ASQ Quarantine hotel for 14 Days we, guests, are under strict protocol, unable to leave the room for 14 Days. Consequently, all facilities and services of the hotel cannot be experienced (nor needed).

I stayed with the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G for a total five nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay which was absolutely wonderful. I loved very much the beautiful sunset view either from the Executive Lounge or my room which was fitted from the large ceiling to floor glass window. Fantastic and memorable !!! Moreover, sleeping quality was very good because the room was clean and spacious. The bed and the pillow were both comfortable The room and its furniture was white in colour. What a Romantic room ! In selecting the room type, I highly recommend an Executive Room or a Suite so that you can use the Executive Lounge and experience the extremely good service there. Never miss the breakfast provided by the Lounge while afternoon tea and evening cocktails were both impressive. What impressed me most was the personalized and touching service ! I should like to extend our sincere gratitude to Vincent, one of the Lounge Managers. Throughout our stay, my wife and I were well taken care of. We felt very warm service and seemed like at home. I should appreciate it if the Hotel Management would convey our "thank you" and warmest regards to Vincent. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Bangkok and we are looking forward to coming back.

I have been very pleased with the Paulman G hotel the staff who dealt with my initial enquiry Sofie Liu and Melanie on FB were really good.
I was here to do my 15 days quarantine the welcoming procedure was very quick and effective. My room was a very good size on the 32nd floor enabled me to walk within the room and do several miles each day. The view was very good I bought some binoculars which are useful I could see the river.
The bed was very comfortable the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout after my first negative test I had Netflix fitted for free but you could also see YouTube.
I found it very useful as practically anything you’re interested in you can watch on You Tube and that helped past time as well.
There is a good size bath I’m 6 foot tall and it worked for me.It’s. bed big and very comfortable. Coffee and tea making facilities fresh milk bought your room if you like English tea 😃.The air con worked fine.
Four meals a day much too much food for me but very nice. I eat mainly Thai food but when I had some western food it was a really good standard.I would be happy to eat in a good restaurant in London for example the lamb chops and ribeye steak.
The room service was very impressive very quick and they couldn’t do enough to help for you.
I was particularly pleased because I am still trying to sort out a probate legal issue in England and I needed some paperwork scanning and returning and hotel were extremely helpful and quick in assisting.
The gym is small but you’re normally on your own or just one other person it has a rowing machine a cross trainer and a running machine plus a lot of dumbbells so you could have a good session but obviously it’s not like a big fully equipped gym.
The outside exercise area is around the swimming pool again not huge but more than enough room to walk round and get some fresh air and sunlight which I enjoyed.
They clean the room after your first negative result then every three days they do it really well and replace everything that needs replacing if you could have fresh towels dressing gown any time you want.

We chose the Pullman as our Alternative State Quarantine accomodation and we were super happy with this choice.
ASQ as it is for the time being in Thailand is mandatory when coming from abroad so we are basically locked up in a room for 2 weeks, with impossibility to go out at all.
As an active couple working during our quarantine period, we opted for connecting rooms and the Gourmet Package proposed by the hotel.
The booking process was very smooth (Huge thanks to Melanie who has been extremely available to respond to all our pre-booking enquiries) and we were picked up at the airport as expected. Check in is done in a dedicated area, you are then taken to your room. Our room were bright and spacious with a fantastic view. Food is amazing, wifi is good, beds are comfy, and all the staff is extremely nice and kind. On mother's day, they manually wrote mother's day wishes on all the paper bags we were brought food in (lots of quarantine rooms, lots of work there!), another time, we heard them singing Happy Birthday in front of another room.. little touches that are super nice. There's a line chat which is super responsive and alternatively you can speak with someone at anytime.
So overall it was a very good experience. Time went by fast, we ate well and slept well :)
We have nothing to compare it with as it is our only ASQ experience so far but I do not regret our choice one second.
My recommendation is to request a microwave if available (we had one), food is not always super hot, and also you may not want to eat just when it is brought up. Also windows do not open and there are no balconies (at least in the room type we had), I was a bit wondering how that would go for 15 days straight, but honestly with the large floor to ceiling windows it is not an issue at all.

We chose the hotel for viewing the New Year fireworks along the Chao Phraya River and it was totally worth it. Though the room was rather worn down and much smaller than expected, we had an amazing view from the 30th floor. The access to Executive Lounge was excellent. The attentiveness of staff was beyond expectation and the light evening snacks with beverages, cheese, cold cuts, and salad was rewarding. Great choice for a short stay.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and we have chosen it due to its good location on Silom Road.
Centrally located, Subway in walking distance, Tuktuks and Taxi always available.
With two little kids (1O months and 4 years) we had a fantastic stay.
The hotel manager Marie Bertrand and her staff (especially Henry at Breakfast) had been very friendly, helpful and extraordinary nice to us. We felt very welcome!
We spent half day sightseeing and half day at the hotel pool. The pool area is outside with day-beds, a bar and a lovely pool. There is also Sauna, Hot Tube and Gym.
Our room was on the 26 th floor with a view over Bangkok (directing Chao Phraya).
Breakfast had a great variety of food...the kids loved the fresh fruit selection and the pancakes and eggs. Very friendly restaurant staff. Kids felt in heaven.
Rooms are spacious and with all amenities. We had been in the "older" rooms, still furnished with dark wood. But for us it was okay and room was clean and well-kept.
We like the location at Silom Road because Chao Phraya with its river cruises & taxis is not far away. Also lots of restaurants in walking distance.
I had been at this hotel couple of years ago when it was a Sofitel Hotel. And we will definitely come back again.

Was in the hotel for 15 days quarantine. Time passed really quick. Foremost, I had the executive suite, it was about 77sqm. It was spacious enough. I felt like I was in a private apartment. The area was divided into 3 sections. The right side is the living room, dining room and pantry combined with a small toilet, and the left side is the main bedroom and toilet. I like the way the design so it really feel spacious. I dont like the toilet inside the bedroom as there is no window in the toilet. However the view from the living room and bedroom is amazing. The air con was kind of cold, I had it off often, even though when it is off, there is slight air coming out so it is kind of cool. The internet is good enough for me to watch netflix and work done. The bed is comfortable and very big, believed is two queen size combined. Dont really like the lighting in the bedroom, I feel that it could have been brighter. On the living room, there is a long sofa which is very comfortable and good to laze around. There is big chandalier type of light on the dining table which I bump my head often but other than that everything is perfect. The TV channel is OK, the hotel allow to rent some kind of netflix device, but because I brought my computer along (heavily recommend if you are to be stuck 15 days) I watch my netflix on the computer. Staff service is excellent, they are professional and respond to your request very quickly. The food is delicious, and we have the options to choose what we want or not, my only complain is that it is too much, the staff worry that we don't have enough and provide us too much. I tried to cut everything out, for example just the main and fruits, they be giving me 2 boxes of fruits. Before I experience the quarantine, I dreaded it, however thanks to Pullman, it pass by really quick and I kind of miss the isolation it gave me. The sleep was very comfortable and the hotel very quiet. Thank you for reading this review and thank you Pullman.

Had a lovely stay at this chic hotel, the staff was very courteous and friendly. As our visit took place during covid times, the daily breakfast was not buffet style but an a la carte menu. The morning staff took great care in arranging delicious vegetarian food for us every day and they were super helpful and engaging too.

We stayed on the 24th floor and had a superb sunset view every single evening - so you should definitely request an upper floor with the river view when making your reservation. If you book two rooms, get them on the opposite sides so one room can get a charming sunrise view as well.

The Pullman is one of the very best hotels with the very best rooms and breakfasts served in Bangkok. All facilities as far as we were concerned were free like the Pool, the Gym and Sauna. We did use the Pool on numerous occasions and had a very nice meal served by the side of it by excellent staff. We did not use the Gym or Sauna though. I've checked with my Thai wife on this one and she is pretty sure that if we had used it that it would have been free. If in doubt, I would give reception a quick call. The hotel is great anyway. Unfortunately I cannot say for sure if there are other more renovated or better room categories. The room I stayed in was more or less an older room upgraded with white paint, which looks much better on the pictures than in real. But it was clean with comfortable beds in one of the upper floors. For me the best part of this hotel is the club lounge with a fantastic service crew .
