Ok so the worst ever thing about this hotel is the location! Its in the middle of woop woop nowhere! So if you want a place close to all the action, forget about it! The grounds and foyer of the hotel are ok(probably pretty decent 20 years ago) and my room (635) at least needed a general refurbishment. Pretty tired...

Stayed for a week on a business trip. Great hotel - comfortable, clean - everything you might expect in this range. A lot cheaper than comparable hotels in silom or sukhumvit. It is way off the tourist track - although relatively close to the Vimanek mansion and the zoo. If you are a tourist it's probably a good deal as...

We stayed here several times during our visit to the region, using the hotel as a launching point to various other destinations. The staff are very busy during peak times, but still very caring. As an American tourist, it was fun to see that there were large tour groups staying here from other parts of Thailand, such as a group...

The hotel is very big with many rooms, large breakfast area and lobby. It has nice view to see the river, and the bridge (You can go down to breakfast area and you can see the view). The hotel has many Chinese guests. Its very far to the centre. The location is not good. But i think the rate is...

This hotel is probably underrated by Americans. This is because Americans often do not understand the easy access they have to the great fun of Bangkok. The RR is located on the River at Boat Stop #16. The river has passenger boats going up and down the river like buses in the USA. Boat stop #9 is the hub of...

Firstly, I stayed in this hotel as part of a dragon boating competition and it was all pre-organised by a central coordinator. We didn't book it or choose it ourselves, however we did a bit of research beforehand and read reviews on this site. From the reviews we wondered what on earth we were letting ourselves in for, and I...

The room I was allocated did not have a window it was in the centre of the building very dark and thee weren't even bright lights to compensate natural light. The WiFi was terrible and the chicken curry I ordered was very questionable. Concierge was rude and had to be asked several times to order taxis. Overall I would not...

I last reviewed this hotel in Feb 2013. I loved d river views, d large rooms n d reasonable room rates , so I had previously highly recommended this hotel. I am reluctant to criticize a hotel I once had fond memories of, but I now feel it is my duty to inform fellow TA users of my change of...
