Great view from the tallest building in Thailand, helpful staff, great accommodation in spacious modern rooms. In a pretty crowded place of Bangkok, a lot of traffic. The 360 degree rooftop offers a great experience

I went to the highest point of this place, I didn't stayed there, but what i can tell is if this is your first time to check a high point, go check it out; the breeze on the top floor and the view of Bangkok Skyline is amazing..

The rooms are adequate but basic so don't arrive with high expectations. The view from room 6406 in the space zone was obstructed by the netting on the windows which was...

So instead we were given a double bed and fold up bed instead of a room with three single beds. Not ideal but manageable. However, the rest of the staff were...

Quite disappointing, pretty messy, the buffet not to international standards, but the worst part was the service! No one, i mean no one in that building is happy! The staff is so miserable and rude! I wish i would spend my time somewhere else! Not coming back.
