After a disappointing stay at a nearby hotel I relocated to Conrad following a great stay earlier in the year. I wish I had booked this hotel from the beginning instead of staying on Sukhumvit. The hotel is centrally located yet feels tranquil and relaxing. I enjoyed spending time at the pool area and terrace during the Thailand heat wave. It is definitely one of the nicest outdoor spaces I have seen in the city. Also, the service was always consistent and the rooms nice and modern. I will not hesitate to stay again when staying in Bangkok.

I have stayed at the Conrad Bangkok many times and have written a couple of reviews in the pre pandemic period. Would like to reiterate that the qualify of services, amenities, and accommodations have not changed and that The Conrad lives up to its high standards. Especially, the dedication of the staff. Everyone that we came in contact with was cordial, friendly, courteous and easy to interact with. Good knowledge of English also. Let me acknowledge the staff from the Executive Lounge. Khun Jain, Khun Bank, Khun Wasan, and Khun Q. They do an outstanding job in keeping the lounge running smoothly. I have stayed at the Conrad 4 times this year so this is not a one time observation, it is consistency.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been back to Bangkok and I decided to try the Conrad as I had some positive experiences at other Hilton properties elsewhere. As expected the Bangkok Conrad was first rate especially the staff at check in Nalin who very gracious made me feel welcome after a long and delayed flight. Along with the staff at the lounge in particular Pann, Chanel, aya and Hay as each day my happy hour drink was met with smiles and the most accommodating service love experienced anywhere. I do believe the added touch to service and topping off the drinks go along way ! Equally the breakfast was great as well but the only critique I can find was maybe the snack variety during HH could focus more on tapas like offerings with more variety but that said not much to critique at all about rh impeccable service at the lounge and staff in general. Lastly, I did have a chance to visit the bar in the lounge and it was like a different world. I was not impressed with the wine and snack selections and suggest maybe can build a bit more class into the offering and provide some mid price point Bordeaux and burgundy as well as more inventive snacks as I do not believe it should be competing or offering the same as the Novotel around the corner. Had a wonderful stay at the Conrad. Our room was very nice (upgraded to Premium King because of my Diamond status). But the one part that stands out is the service in the Executive Lounge. Our server was very pleasant, courteous and attentive to our needs. We stay at hotels like the Conrad because of the excellent service and they definitive did NOT disappoint! Thank you again for a very nice stay!

My second time stay at Conrad and every stay gets consecutively worse. This time around was my broken deo bottle by the housekeeping staff, booodstained unclean towels and unclean Pepsi glasses and unclean tea mugs left behind and not replaced/cleaned by the housekeeping. I don’t think I will be coming back to Conrad, the service is absolutely horrible. Not worth the money. Staff are rude and when complained to they say they don’t understand English.

This hotel is an excellent hotel. During the stay, of course there was a little bit issue, but hotel did take care of it very well. I did have few requirements and the hotel did taking care those perfectly. Also, they do have shuttle bus to the BTS and make a reservation if you would like to Ear something special meal, also, really quite place, I'm really highly recommended. Thank you! online it shows all suits are available but I am diamond for about 5 or 6 years Mr Pinpak knows more than the software He told me we cannot give you any suit as nothing its available. So the Hilton software is a lay. I know the GM 3 years ago during covid I got 2 bottles of wine but now I am nothing as a diamond so tomorrow I would check in. Mr pinpak cancelled all my reservations for 7 nights as no suite is available. I know now the value of diamond member in Hilton not value. And no value if you go again to the same hotel Mr TImothy 3 years ago gave me 2 bottles of wine now I am nothing just a lay. thanks Hilton Honors I cancelled 7 days and as I am lifetime Paltinum at Marriott they honor this > Never go to concord again

For me, this hotel offers the perfect respite from the heat, humidity and sometimes hectic Bangkok day/night.. Yes the hotel is dated, but in my opinion , in a classical way. The pool area is superb and the staff that work the area are friendly and helpul. The executive lounge is fantastic. The team, and they really are a team, ensure your stay is perfect. Full respect to Antoine Causel, Ms Wasan, Khun Air and the ever friendly and Funny Q.They worked so hard throughout my stay. Can't wait to return in three weeks.
