I chose this hotel as it was near to certain places I wished to visit. I chose to pay a little more and stay in an executive room and I was delighted by everything. Superb staff on the executive floors, an amazing buffet and drinks in the lounge at 5.30 till 7 p.m. I received more than I expected and...

Didn't plan to stay at this hotel. When I walked off the Airport link. I checked TripAdvisor for the best hotel close to me. And ended up walking to this hotel. Nice hotel. But the rooms are smaller than the foto's make them look. But we only stayed 1night, so it was enough for us. Didn't eat so can't say...

It was quite hard to me to asked the taxi driver to reach this hotel from the airport. I think the hotel is typically city hotel with tall building, quite small and have good wifi. I like the food for breakfast. And its easy for me to reach the BTS station from the hotel. However the surrounding was not attractive....

We arrived at Bangkok on 10th of December, after which we were going to Phi Phi Island so we have stayed just one night in that hotel and Bangkok as well. The hotel we were staying in is very nice. Close to the railway station from which you may go directly to the airport (BKK) Excellent and friendly service! Our...

While the facade of the hotel was nice and hotel staff were present at the doors and hotel entrance to welcome guests, our stay was less than pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was slow and our room was far away from the swimming pool and health club. The lighting in the room was poor, especially at the pantry area....

This hotel is quite beautiful and the staff very friendly for the most part. The location is quite good, too, with a 5 minute walk to the Phayathai BTS Skytrain, where the Airport Link Monorail also terminates/begins. However...I was at an international weeklong meeting there with 700 participants. The food service could barely keep up with the crowd. The food...

Short walk from Phaya Thai, which is the end of the line from the airport. Good rooms, good breakfast. Central, easy to navigate to and from, upper-scale but affordable. Staff were helpful with luggage storage, taxi and like services.
