We booked the Royal President on makemytrip.com. After, first getting to the hotel we were in a standard room because we got to the hotel at 3.am. So even though we had booked a suite we had to book a room for the previous night. Because we couldn't check in at 3am. The standard room was absolutely awful. After having...

Stayed here only one night needed to change my plans so booked this due to location, To be honest felt let down, had a nice big room, a small suite and bed was ok, but found everything in need of attention or replacing, or even a complete makeover, everything worked, as it should but, for 70 odd pound was way...

We booked this hotel for 2 nights, deluxe room. For the first night a handicap room was assigned to us, which was not an issue except for the toilet. The shower was completely open and the water was running all over even outside the bathroom and we had to use our towels to dry the floor. The following day we...

When my special friend and I came to check in on 26th around 5 pm there was no greeting from receptionists at all. In my opinion, I think staffs should stand up and pay respect (say Sawasdee ka) guests, they only sit on chairs and asked if we would like to take a seat. I wonder why staffs didn't wear...

This hotel is really bad value for money. Run down rooms, mold in all corners of the bathroom aso It starts with a long queue at the check in and continues with no even a security-guard at night next to the elevator. Anyone can enter the hotel. And gor this they ask 50+ usd a night - you can get...

Overbooked my room (non-smoking deluxe) and then tried to con me into a "suite upagrade" in a different building down a dirty alley and far from all the amenities. While huge, the suite was very old and smelly and reminded me of my grandfather's house in the 1980s, the smell of smoke included. It just looked like an old and...

Stayed here for 3 nights with wife and 2 kids, after reading the reviews I opted for a deluxe suite only £40 per night! Very spacious & clean! Kids slept on sofas using their sleeping bags! Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
