Just do away with the mention of fines at every corner of your hotel. If you do this then 1000 Bhat fine if you do that 2000 Bhat fine. Mention your rules and regulations everywhere but don’t mention the fines people have to pay. It’s makes the guest feel like they are living under some kind of dictatorship.

The hotel is centrally located, convenient to attend sessions at Queen Sirikit Convention Center. It is in the area with bustling night life and street food market. It is near malls and convenience store. Spacious room (See photos) with enough amenities Enough choices offered in breakfast buffet to include halal, vegetarian and pork dishes.

Not the same as a few years ago mini bar wasnt stocked and room was showing singns of wear, use to be one of top hottest places, no charge for guests. Pool is gigantic, very close to everything, restaurant was a bit pricey though for bangkok, I would go again.

Stayed 3 nights in the end of October. After almost 24 hours travelling, we arrived at the hotel around midnight. We were allocated room 219 and quickly went to the room to catch-up on some needed rest. Unfortunately sleep was not possible in this room due to the massive extractor fans directly outside the window! Surely this is a known bad room as the noise was overwhelming. In fairness once I complained, we were moved the next day. It's disappointing though because this hotel is not cheap by Thailand's standards and the facilities on site like gym and pool were very nice. We were moved to another room next to the lift in the sky wing, which made a loud beeping noise every time it was requested over night. With one day remaining I couldn't be bothered to complain and move again. Transfer to the airport through hotel was expensive compared to the taxi journey from the airport.…

Our stay at Hotel Ambassador was excellent, as usual. The perfect location, with everything so close by makes the stay comfortable. The staffs are ever friendly and make their best efforts to make the stay pleasant.
