First thing what people would expect is a good welcome. The moment I entered the hotel with my family and luggage, a person came to us and said to carry the bags our self. That was pretty dumb. I have noticed that he was attentive to tourist who were from West..probably might be expecting bigger tips by them.. That was...

This hotel has seen it's best days. It's not terrible, but if you expect luxury or something like that, this is not your choice. The rooms were excellent at 80's, but needs the renovation in many ways. We traveled with a kids (6&8 years old), and had a two bedroom suite. Main lobby and the other areas are nice, and...

The hotel in general is well maintained the costumer service is fine not great but fine. The best thing is the price, it is really cheap and the hotel is very nice the only issue was the location. It was really a disappointment when we get there and we realized how bad the area was. There is literally anything you...

Yes it is cheap here, but if you are looking for a place to stay in Bangkok don't waste your time. The pool is not much better than any other hotel we have stayed at in bangkok. Over priced and terrible customer service. It costs $6 Canadian to have a beer at the closed beach bar. I'm upset I wasted...

My experience with Prince Palace Hotel has been a very pleasant one. I would loved to have given it an 'EXCELLENT' rating but I still feel they must work on their skills of welcoming their guests. My family and I were received by the reception staff of the Hotel who were not welcoming at all but were rather curt, to...

Stayed here for 2 nights , the staff were friendly and helpful , unfortunately we arrived really early so couldn't check in until 12 but they took our bags in and we just spent the morning walking around exploring nearby and relaxing at the pool. The pool is nice, our room was clean and spacious (we had a family room...

After booking, i was in despair about the hotel as the price was really cheap. USD 40 per night for a Junior Suite. But when I reached the hotel, it was awesome. Everything was very much Royal. I stayed in block C for 3 nights and block B for 1 night. Block B is very much Royal. The pool bar...

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our two week trip around Thailand. The location was great, in very close proximity to everything we wanted to do and our room was very spacious. The view from the room was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was great every morning. On the downside, the wifi was only in the lobby...

Cheap with a good location, but that's about it. I've never encountered a staff so rude and stuck up than the ones that work at Prince Palace. Compared to Vietnam and Cambodia where hotels smile and treat you with the utmost respect, the staff at Prince Palace do not smile and treat their guests like a chore. What's even worst...
