5 Star rating for a 4 Star Hotel. My first time staying at this Hotel and I was really impressed by its room amenities & facilities within its premises. Service was good and staff was very polite & helpful. Although the Premier room's bathroom was rather small & without bathtub, the self sensor modern toilet seat makes up for it. Overall...highly recommended!
Very comfortable hotel. The fitness center is small but well maintained. The pool was also quite nice during the heat of the day. Originally we were only booked for a single night and we decided to stay for a total of three nights because we liked the accommodations so much. The front desk staff was friendly, as well.
Great hotel, kinda tucked away in suburbia, but right next to mrt for access to pretty much anywhere, 1 stop to silom, and 5 stops to terminal 21, asok, across the busy road there is a shopping mall, food courts and general mall related shops. Nxt door is a grocery store, similar to 7/11 but a little different, the gym is clean and good, the pool is nice. The staff here are good, but reception can be busy, i had the male maid look inside my fridge wen he was doing the room, my gf was in the room at the time, i have medication in the fridge and, well, unacceptable. Upon advising reception, they defended the staff member, suggesting he was putting water in the fridge, yeah right?? I got an appreciated upgrade, after booking for an extra week, which actually turned into 3, i did request this however. The deluxe rooms are 100 aud cheaper than exec rooms, all the rooms are the same size, 30m2. The only difference between the 2 rooms are, exec you get a view, no view from deluxe, and you get 2 pots of noodles 26thb, and 2 small coke, also 26thb, free daily, not worth it. I moved rooms 3 times in this hotel, once for the upgrade, and again as the internet continually drops in and out, no improvement after moving. All in all an impressive hotel, boring rooms, and crap tv, but for the price its hard to complain.…
Had a great stay here was here for 4nights. Location was near mrt station. Also the staff was great. Even the front office Moogda who helped me with my late check out time. Breakfast not so much, everyday was Chinese breakfast. Samyan community mall was just in front really nice hotel
This was my. "go to" hotel in BKK. Service, rooms, and a wonderful breakfast were guaranteed. Something has happened since Covid and things are no longer what they were. Our television was inoperable for a fair amount of our time there. Had to keep calling for someone to come up and reset the connection. Probably the biggest disappointment is that what used to be a first class breakfast is now very ordinary. Bad coffee, hit and miss quality, a heavy emphasis on Japanese cuisine, and a smaller offering overall. The omelette we ordered was badly undercooked and inedible. Short-staffed in the dining area, in genera, it seems.. Fortunately, the shopping center across the street has a myriad of choices so you can get what you need, but travelers who pay extra for the breakfast here now will be disappointed. We were.…
Good size room, very clean and tidy, bathroom items, very comfortable beds, fridge, good location, very professional staff, huge choice for breakfast. Aesthetics of the hotel very good. No doubt we are in the right place.
i had great, comfortable stay there, really warm services offered by the staffs, very close by lumpini park and china town.Buffet breakfast is simply amazing,Highly recomended if you are looking for great stay at Bangkok
I like the overall experience, service, amenities, and the complimentary food and drinks in my room. Breakfast buffet is still my best experience. The internet speed and connectivity reliability has not improved since my last stay in 2019.
It is in a cute area of Bangkok- walking distance to Lumpini Park and Chinatown, a little farther from the airport and the River district. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.
Be warned, this hotel has no open restaurant as I write (27 May) Nowhere on their website or 3rd party websites does it say the restaurants are shut. They are still using Covid as an outdated excuse. Be warned also that there is no step free access to reception, there are at least 5 steps.
