The hotel is very conveniently located right on Silom street, 5 minute walk to Sala Daeng BTS station, 7-11 next door, in the morning if you want to have some Thai street food for your breakfast there are plenty of hawkers to choose from. More pros: short walk from gay clubs, strip bars etc. if you like such attractions, Patpong night market. Cons: my room was not serviced every day, a light bulb in my room was not working, a sink pop-up drain stopper was missing, electronic lock was broken so they gave me the master key and they never fixed the lock during my stay. One more pro: you can get a room overlooking Silom street, the view is good, at least for me, all the hustle and bustle of a busy cuty street, but windows are surprisingly very good at stopping noise, I never was waken up by the street noise and did not have to use ear plugs. The price is very affordable, but there is a catch: if you pay by credit card they charge you additional service fee around 10% so if you want to save pay in cash, I paid 1000 Baht per night in July 2014. Unfortunately when I checked in December 2014 the price was significantly higher, maybe due to a holiday season. And the biggest disappointment in the end: this hotel is currently closed and the note on closed roll-up door reads: This building is closed. Do not entry. In the evenings the door is rolled ip a bit and some guys are seen sitting in the lobby. I hope they are just going through renovation, otherwhy it would be a shame to lose such an affordable hotel in such a good location.

Stayed at this hotel November 29 / December 1 2014 First complaint AC ,couldn't get room to cool off ,complained to Mr Vincent he came and check and said AC was working and very cold. We'll the next night was not much different Left hotel around noon the next day handed key to person at front desk, which was the housekeeper. Ask that the room be cleaned and left for the day. Came back to the hotel around 8 that evening asked for the key ,got it from the attendant . Went to room , bathroom flooded and room not cleaned .. Went to front desk asked the attendant to get the flooded bathroom taken care of , said no one there to do it I also asked why the room was not clean , his reply was I hadn't left the key, my response was you just gave me the key , his next response was someone was sleeping in the room, who was sleeping in the room while I was out not sure, not very secure if that's the case . End result had to beg for towels to clean up flooded floor , was lied to by night attendant and in the morning upon check out Mr Vincent was not much better. My suggestion don't stay at this place

i would like to share fews points with the travellers. 1) The wifi is not working, the counter say the technical people will come and service, until the last day of stay the wifi still not working, he say only the lobby can be used, so every night i have to seating alone at the lobby to use the wifi for 5 nights. 2)No housekeeping at all through my stays. i manage to get 2 new towels. the housekeeping only turn out at late night. all the problems is by the hotel, and we have to suffer. 3) The air con is not cold and the bed is very noise. 4) Counter is friendly, but what we want is the comfort. 5)I book from internet, the price is 1490++, and i saw people walking in for rooms, they say 1000baht Nett. i feel cheated, one of the customer telling me he pay 1000 baht and can be neg..i will never come to this hotel again. 6) the hotel beside the hospital, there a ambulance alarm sometime, early in the morning the bts is so noise.

As a frequent traveler to Thailand,I was introduced to this hotel by a Thai friend and since then I always stay at this hotel. It does looks very small from the out side but the rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly , in past i had issues with cleanliness but they immediately do the needful if requested. The best part is the location, its on the mail Silom street walking from the Patpong Night Market. I like the place and if you are low on budget its a very good hotel to stay in with free wifi. For me the budget is not a constrain but i like the location i can just walk out in the evening after coming back eat lot of local street food and enjoy the busy night life of Bangkok.....

My partner and I had a lovely stay for a very reasonable rate as we couldn't afford the advertised price and the gentleman at the desk was kind enough to give us a break. The room was clean, cleaned daily (which is unusual in many places for he same price), the bathroom well maintained and the showers nice. Plus free waters each day. The only major downside was the cleaning lady. She tried to clean the room at about 10am one day and we were still there so asked her to come back in 15 min. She said "no, only now" and then ranted at us a bit in Thai. We did get some water and soap for the day from her, but not without her making lots of noises and generally making us feel like we were causing her a big pain. Then in our way out she had loaded the elevator full of her cart and cleaning supplies on a lower floor so when the elevator came up to our floor we had to huddle into it with her cart and loads of rubbish bags, we didn't mind until it stopped on her floor and she yelled at us to get out of the elevator and walk down 5 floors. We objected, and closed the elevator on her and finished our ride down. Not anything tragic, but just a bit of a contrast to the guy at the front desk and an otherwise pleasant stay. Staff shouldn't make guests feel bad... The location is right next to the ping pong shows, which we would say is a drawback because of the type of crowds around that area, however that may suit others interests.
