Stayed 2 nights october 2016,location was ok next to sky train, room was very small but clean, breakfast was good and included in room price, wifi slow and noise from outside was unbearable at times, this guest house is right on sukumvit road which is extremely busy all night. Would say its ok for a night stopover if your on a tight budget but... More

I cannot complain for 800 baht inc breakfast. 2 min walk to the BTS, 10 min to restaurants. The room was clean, tidy, fresh towels, hot water and the pillows and duvet were soft and of reasonable quality. AC worked and there was toilet paper and soap. I arrived early so they stored my luggage for me and they asked... More

The room is small but clean and comfortable after a long day out or hangover every night. The breakfast here is good. I can enjoy simple breakfast with a cup of coffee everymorning. There is convenient to go shopping and enjoy night out. To be easy to catch sky train. Prefer to recommend this one

Extremely small room. My room was on the corner side and you can here the bts. They provide a very small and thin blanket. When i ask for extra blanket ,they refused!. The receptionist is not in good manner. So busy doing her make up thing and unhappy answering your questions.

We stayed here for only one night and it was fine for a night of two, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for your entire stay in Bangkok. The pros: -Location - close to the BTS and restaurants/bars in the Thong Lo area and easy to access other Sukhumvit areas via BTS or taxi -Air con worked well -Fast check... More

The most unfriendly staff I've encountered. Always playing games on their phones with headphones on. When you finally get their attention they look annoyed that you bothered them. No smiles, no thank you's barely a response. I asked if they could photocopy my passport for a visa and they said no even though they just photocopied it for their records.... More

The hotel is very conveniently located, however the facilities offered are at best basic; The breakfast is all about a cup of coffee and two slices of bread. You get what you pay for; the staff is however is quite cooperative...

Checked in here for our first day in Bangkok. Booked a room with fan but gave us an air con room instead without us asking. Room was nice and clean, toilet too. There was a strong fragrance smell which we discovered later was possibly to cover the stink originating from the toilet. Not sure where the stink is from as... More

The guest house is easy to locate, just a 3-5mins walk from BTS-Thonglor, 3 mins away from my embassy and 10 mins walk to emporium. Eateries and shops are also nearby. The breakfast is okay, since i can live with 2 loaves of bread with jam and butter & a cup of coffee (Don't expect for a huge buffet or... More
