Bad service and bad manner communication from the front desk. 1st impression from hotel worst ever i met. The room with leaking water from bathroom. water heater not in good condition, sometimes works, sometimes not. Bad bathroom condition. Not value money for the 4stars rated hotel, although the location is very strategic (just walking distance to pratunam market, platinum mall...

Tiles were not sturdy, as you walk, the wooden flooring creates creeky sound. Bedsheet were not changed as we see the same stain. Stench from aircon. Worst of all, the water heater has alternating temperature (super hot and cold). Streets were very busy which makes it difficult to walk.

Stayed 6 nights in the family room which could accommodate 6 adults and 1 child. Family room consist of 3 bedroom, 1 dining area, 2 bathrooms. Cleanliness might be a issue for some but suitable for big group.

This maybe a budget hotel but I would certainly not recommend it to any of my friends who are budget travelers. The check-in maybe fast but the receptionist were not too friendly at all. The room that we requested for with a king-size bed was on the 5th floor and the hotel lift don't serve right up to the 5th...

The 93 Hotel pics looks amazing. However there are no pics of the bathroom and i now know why! It is really dirty with black grime sitting inbetween the tiles. I immediately asked to cancel once i saw the bathroom, however they were not willing to give our money back or even charge a cancellation fee. Also when you put...

Came here in our last night in Bangkok, had a cocktail and a chill while we watched the business of the city below. Such an array of cocktails it was fabulous, both of the drinks my boyfriend and I ordered were lovely however possibly a little strong? The staff were polite and helpful

This is bad hotel. Only good thing about this hotel is that its near market, infact in market. It should not be rated more than 2 stars. Breakfast is bad, staff is non co-operative.Overall bad choice to stay. I stayed there for 3 nights 18th to 21st september 2016.

Was impressed by breakfast staff . Efficient and decent spread for the standard of hotel. However I was not comfortable with the reception and bell boy who seemed brusque. The location is ideal for shoppers . Pretty noisy at night as its close to the road and market. Decent infrastructure for price . My fifth trip to Thailand and I...

Location is very near to Pratumum Market so we still can have 2 hours shopping before going to airport. The night market downstairs of the hotel is also very crowded and good. No worries on finding food. Distance to platinum fashion mall & city complex is also very short, within 10mins. The hotel service is excellent. They see us having...
