I have stayed at The Queen’s Park Marriott Hotel, Bangkok many times. I am by always so thankful for the amazing service provided by staff. This trip Khun Nas at reception and Khun Eyes in the lobby lounge were so wonderfully attentive, professional and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok.

The worse service ever! I did reservation day before directly with Marriott service for 15:00, came to the hotel half hour before, asked to wait for for the room, around 15:50 I followed about my room, and I was told that my room is not ready. Eventually after 1.5 hour I was provided with different room from what I ordered. Very disappointed.

This is the worst five star hotel ever. I have been staying in three different types of rooms for a week from standard to executive and a 2 bed suite, which is second best that cost about 350 US dollar per night. 1. I was not able to use executive lounge, which I paid doubled the amount than standard room rate for, because the hotel said it is under maintainance (this was not notified in advance). 2. Room service food comes cold and the hotels said because they lack personnel - causing delay in delivery. 3. Shower equipment is not working properly at suite room causing water to fall from the ceiling. 4. Manager level staffers are very unfriendly. For the inconveniences I appeal, they asks "what I want from them" instead of suggesting a solution. 5. Standard rooms are not clean. There are so many dust in the room. Executive and suite rooms are comparatively well taken care of. But this is something that a five star hotel should satisfy by default. 6. Beverages are bad. I think they serve cheap juices that they purchase from a local market. They are not made with 100% fruits. Coffee is dripped from a automatic coffee machine, not a pulled espresso shot. 7. The taste of foods is average, but they lack variety. I basically had to eat egg, rice noodle and fruits for a week, everyday. 8. Card key to my room doesnt work sometimes. I had to go to reception to change my card three times. Overall, The Marriot Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok has a lot to improve.

On my last trip to Bangkok, I needed a hotel to stay in for about 3 weeks and needed something that could do the trick to a long-term stay. This hotel checked all the boxes and delivered the entire time I was there. The staff was incredible with Alex at the front door, Tea and her team at front desk, the restaurant staff in the lobby were always there to help, just an all-around outstanding team!!! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept on, the desk in the room allowed me to get work done when needed and the rooftop bar was a very cool place to hang out after a long week working. I was so happy with everything I even had my bday dinner in their restaurant on the second floor which was also fantastic. This will be one of my go-to properties in Bangkok for sure. Thank you again to the entire team for making my stay perfect!

Check in was efficient, even though due to low occupancy. The business lounge wax closed yet replaced by using the bar lobby area. The good was no less then the usual. Even better Especially when my food wad served the first time & was not up to parr chef Bathia stepped in and prepared me the best Massala, he passified me And made me thankful to being a loyal customer Since the first week the hotel opened. Further more the laundry service even though is offered every other day yet it was no less then the norm
