My first time and SUPERRRR DISSAPOINTED !! I would never stay at this hotel again…i arrived at the hotel at 7 PM and when do the check in i have to wait 15 mins and then when I ask “what took you so long?” And he just quiet and then i asked again “does my room not ready?” Then he answered “yes the room is not ready” it was 7 PM and check in time supposed to be at 3 PM. I’ve waited 45 mins in total just to get my room key after a long flight When i asked “any compensation ?” He said “NO” OMG sooo AWFUL !! And then the next day when i put make up room signed by the door and i went out and come back at 2 PM the room still not yet get done They don’t have tissue in the bedroom only at the bathroom…the hot water in the shower and wash bin is not working the water couldn’t get hot This is by far THE WORSE Hotel I’ve ever been and i would NEVER recommend it to anyone Thank you so much for giving me BAD EXPERIENCE !!

I stayed at this hotel before during my last vacation back in 2017 and this is the first hotel in my list when I decided to visit Bangkok again this year with my family. I booked the room in the north tower back then but was upgraded to the main tower. This time I booked the north tower again. Room is huge which my family love as we have plenty of spaces for our luggages. Room is clean, hotel service is very good but when I checked in, the lady at the counter suddenly told me that I only booked two rooms instead of three even though I showed her my agoda confirmation. Luckily there was another lady who was assisting me with the check-in insisted and pointed to her colleague that I have indeed booked 3 rooms. Other than that everything was good. Location wise it’s very convenient as we could walk as far as to the Siam area due to the skywalk. There was no nearby BTS station but it didn’t bother us at all as we could reach all the malls we wanted to go by the skywalk. There is also a nightmarket outside the hotel so we could also do our shopping there at night. Overall, we would stay here again in future!

Hotel, fantastic Pool, very good Rooms, We had a family size room 2x Queen beds, bath, on the 31st floor in the new building, room services were very good, Foyer staff good helpful spoke English, Great location for shopping close by In town, We booked a day driver through the tour desk in the foyer for the day, Whilst he did take us to the places dicribed to us he took us to the most expensive tour of the wet markets where they, the tour provider at first asked for 8000 bart for the boat ride to wet markets and fig tree buda and a very quick trip to the train market " which we just watched go buy" we were told this tour was the only way and agreed on 4000 bhat, which was very very expensive as when we arrived at the wet markets we relized we could have gone to the wet market and paid 150 bhat to ride in a boat past the market stalls, we also could have just went in the car that we already paid 2900 bhat for the day anyway, we felt very ripped off and made fools out of these boat provider away from the wet market, I'm sure the driver new very well he took us to this overpriced set up, anyway we know not to trust people that are selling tours now, and ask plenty of questions, as the tour desk said entry cost would be 150 bhat only, which was wrong, not necessarily blaming the hotel or tour providers but the driver and boat providers were definitely being sneaky and very greedy so heads up people watch out for the people that don't have your best interests at hand.

Great hotel in great location. Hotel is a bit dated and towels need an upgrade for sure. Nevertheless staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was fabulous. I highly recommended this hotel if you wish to stay in it via area. Easy access to everything

Had a brilliant stay here. Nice hotel, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast! We had this discounted in a sale online, so we paid an excellent price. I would definitely return if I ever went to Bangkok again.........................!

It could have been way better, first of I love the fact that my room was connected to my friend's room as it made it looked so much bigger but I could not change the bed frame as apparently all they had was king size and I had to share with a friend. Plus there were not enough charging ports and the service was limited as we were at the north zone which meant there weren't enough staffs. Room Service for food was also slow as I had to wait an hour for the food to arrive.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. On the first night, I realised that the shower hose was leaking and informed the reception the next morning to send someone to do something about it,but the next time I showered, the problem was still there. The temperature of the water was also unpredictable and was discordant with the markings on the tap, so I was never able to get water of a suitable temperature. The toilet paper was also not replenished when I left the room for the day with an empty roll. I had to call reception to get housekeeping to send a roll up to the room. For people traveling with the elderly or disabled, the hotel is quite a distance to walk to the nearest BTS station. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, and it will also be my last.

We checked in today for four nights’ stay. We paid for two luxury rooms in main tower as described and shown in pictures on Agoda website. Please see pictures in Agoda what the luxury room in main main tower look like and my pictures below how 12917 is. It should have a coffee table with two cosy chairs. Our 12909 has it but 12917 does not have it. 12909 has two built wardrobes but 12917 has only one. 12917 is much smaller. It is just a very ordinary room. I therefore demanded for another luxury room like 12909 but the receptionist said no more and it would be only available tomorrow on 29th and 39th floors. I should be compensated but I was kind enough for proposing two luxurious rooms to be on same floor tomorrow. But the receptionist quickly told me off. She said we could only be allowed to change one room. This is ridiculous. I got angry as the problem was created by them and they had spoilt our holiday mood. Seeing me angry she quickly lied that only one room available on 29 or 30 floor. She is so unscrupulous! The rooms have only two power plugs which was hidden under the table. We could hardly insert our iPhone fast charger. Our iPhone charging cable has to bend to get inserted. This would very certainly damage it. Please see pictures attached. This is our second visit. Last trip we stayed in North Tower. Don’t go for main tower luxury room. No value for money.
