The hotel is located near to Bangkok hospital. Other than that, getting anywhere else is a drag as the nearest mrt or bts is at least 1 hour walk. Only option for transport is taxis but with the traffic jams in Bangkok, a lot of time is wasted being stuck in traffic. The hotel room is small but acceptable. Cleanliness...

Staff were rude and unhelpful. The wifi was poor and when we needed help and rang reception the staff would speak for a second then hang up on us when they didn't hang up they didn't understand what we were saying. Location is terrible don't come here if you want to see any of Bangkok. Food was awful and when...

Location was perfect. Shuttle service to Bangkok Hospital was available all day long. Food was horrible. The food variety was limited and did not enjoy what was served. The room was clean and bed and pillow was comfortable.

It's a common hotel, nothing special. It's very far from the sights, and it is not easy to get in to the "centre". The easiest is with cab. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was ok. The breakfast could be better, but the selection was wide.

I have stayed here a number of times recently while my wife was undergoing medical treatment at the nearby Bangkok Hospital. I consider it excellent value for money. The location is not ideal, but once you figure out transport options such as canal boats on nearby Khlong Saen Saep it starts to make more and more sense. The rooms are...

The hotel is located a bit distance away from Main Road and popular Markets. It's built on a huge building , lively in d lobby but deserted of floors. Room service was poor. And Breakfast buffet was one of d worst I ever saw( for vegetarians ). No options and repetitive menu daily. No one to attend you properly also....

This is a good property. Apt for tourists. Everyday you will see 100's of tourists checking in and checking out. The rooms are nice and big, and housekeeping is done on daily basis, unless you don't want. The staff at the reception is helpful to a certain extent, however some i personally didn't like. Not the hospitality one would expect...

I booked this hotel based off pictures on their profile and the "special" price they were offering for rooms. I will not make this mistake again. The photographer they hired must be a genius because the hotel looked nothing like it does on their website. The pool was small and just average. The dining hall was so packed with feisty...

This looks like at one time it was a great hotel. Now it is merely a three star (at best) hotel. It is overrun with Chinese tour groups, massive noisy groups of people that clog up every service. The rooms are faded and there is more emphasis on selling extra services than caring for customers. The pool area is a...
