Stayed for a week in 1 BR. Had no choice as this was the only available through RCI. We reached by 12 and RCI staff was helpful, arranged for early check in. A security deposit of 2000 Baht was taken. Room was on 15th Floor. Quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was free but with poor connectivity. A lot of...

Location is too far from town.No other transport except taxi to go other place. Only 2 lifts in the hotel. Need to wait for a long time. Swimming pool and gym are nice and is free. Sauna need to pay.many RCI members stay here because no much choices.

Decided to walk in to get some rest before a morning on the next day. Nice pool, yet there were three male employee smoking and drinking beer. I was not comfortable enough to swim and be the only lady on the top floor. The room was a little better than a motel (at least I got clean towels), housekeeper did...

I recently stayed for two nights while travelling onto Chiang Mai. Only had two places I wanted to see while in Bangkok. Khao San Road and do a night river/dinner cruise. The Grand tower is a bit far away from the action. The rooms are basic. Bed hard and if you need an extra pillow be ready to be charged...

Hotel is comfortable with toiletries, hot pot used possibly convenient for drinking water, clean and not too noisy from 15th floor. Swimming pool a plus. I like the nice sofa chair for coffee and reading. No coffee or tea bags so bring your own. As reported by others distance from BTS. Shorter walk via the road beside hotel to Ari...

The pros : - great views of the city. - Well placed for the weekend market The cons : -hotel staff don't speak english and seemed very cold and distant - relatively far from the city and far from the sky train station. Taxi...

Free 4 bottle of drinking water everyday... Drinks in fridge are very reasonably price. Only 20b for a can of Coke. Wifi at LOBBY very good SPEED. However, WIFI...

I had to attend the seminar there for 3 days and so that's the reason why I had to stay there. Otherwise I don't see a reason to stay at the hotel. So hard to find food around the hotel but on the first floor, there is a restaurant that offer reasonable price food. I had to catch a taxi...

My family stayed here during the last week in September, 2014. Awesome views from our room of this bustling metropolis. I have stayed in Bangkok before, and this hotel was different, as it was not in the center of the nightlife, and yet still not too far away. The average cost to get into town (MBK shopping centre & temples)...
