Samran is a good place to stay however there was this night shift receptionist who was very unfriendly to us who even raised her voice to us when we cannot understand her. I hope the management would do something about this. We even saw her also doing the same thing with another foreinger. she's the one with short hair. we...

This was my 2nd time at Samran Place, and as before, this was surely one of the better (and cheaper) places to stay in Bangkok. It's proximity to nearby local eateries and the BTS station was a pluspoint. If you are planning to stay here, go check out the nearby street stalls for some cheap and tasty local dishes. The...

Having stayed at various 4 and 5 star hotels in Bangkok on business - which, obviously, was paid by my employer and I did not have to check my wallet in advance - this time I was in Bangkok on a private visit and wanted to stay at a reasonably priced, and yet a nice was not my main purpose...

I am very satisfy with the hotel. The room is huge and clean. The bathroom is clean, that's the most important thing for me. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walkintgto MBK and 5 minutes walk to the BTS skytrain. There are a lot of restaurants around. The staff are very friendly. Need a little improve in breakfast menu because...

This hotel was perfect for what we needed, a low cost hotel room that was close to the shopping of Platinum and MBK. Food was decent and rooms were clean - all we needed as we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The front desk was helpful with booking taxi's and day trips and let us extend our room...

Travel Desk Lady refused to refund the full...

I have just returned from Bangkok last night. We stayed at this Samran Place Hotel which we booked via the internet. We thought it was a good bargain as we only paid S$35 per night that comes with daily simple breakfast. We were happy to get our room on the highest floor (8th floor) which we thought was ideal. However,...

The Hotel Building: Its a rather small building, located in a not very popular place (not touristy). Their lift is very small, their lobby is small, its easy to miss the place because the building looks very ordinary. The Room: Me and my friends stayed for 3 nights, and we're very surprised to see the room to be really clean,...
