I have stayed at K.s. house eveytime i go to Thailand. The people that work there are like family. Not the cheapest but certainly the best. Cold beer in the lobby. Good food found just outside everymorning. Wild nites on Khousan geterdun

Have stayed here many times as i used to commute from Cambodia to bkk weekly and this became my go to accom. Ive done a lot of research on cheap, clean, well located, private rooms and this is by far the best in the Khaosan...More

The location and price are fantastic, but the facilities are minimal and not super cozy. If you're staying more than two nights, you might want to invest a little more into your comfort and cleanliness elsewhere.
