This place served its purpose it was close to city night life shopping and Transport at an ok price. Touts in Bangkok city were bad as were Tuk tuk driver and Taxi Drivers & were very untrustworthy. MRT & other public transport were good.

I have been at Reno Hotel a few days during my holiday. I got very impressing from this hotel. The room is comfortable clean, 24 hrs security guard, and the member of staff are very friendly. Also I contented the price for the room. There are swimming pool, WI-FI internet and restaurant. If you are a shopper or gourmet, this hotel is... More

I've stayed at Reno Hotel some years before and I stayed there in this month again. Reason why I booked this hotel was the location - all the shopping malls (especially all three Siam malls) are so close to this hotel. And this is the first and quite last reason to choose this hotel. Rooms are quite old, also I... More

At first glance the hotel looks nicer than the guesthouses on the same road. It turned out the room was dark, not very clean and mouldy with a ant farm in the bathroom. The staff was very unhelpful and the even rude to us at the attached cafe where breakfast was served. We would never stay again and after one... More

Room cost £40. Was supposed to be deluxe with poolside view. Checked in and realised we were in a dark corner of the hotel with a view of a wall. Turns out that because we were paying for an extra bed to be put in the room (there were 3 of us) we couldn't have the poolside room because those... More

Great location in Siam, but that's it. Overall impression is terrible. You'll find A LOT BETTER places to stay than this! Staff is unpolite and rude. Rooms are run-down and dark. Rates are way too high. Just stay away! If you would like to stay in this area, try the charming "Wendy guesthouse" just down the street.

used to stay at this hotel, beginning in 2000. rates used to be reasonable - now they're just unbelievable, considering the quality. the only thing they've done to spruce up the rooms is to add a tv and then call it 'deluxe' - and the only channel that's in english is BBC news (which is basically a repeating loop of...
