Only stayed 1 night, Hotel was clean, staff very helpful. Location is good, near market and BTS. It is down a lane next to a big multi national chain hotel so I would tell the cab driver to head there. I would use again.

I loved the location of this little hotel. Rooms were very basic but we were only there for two nights so that didn't really matter. Two things however that were not great, the receptionist tried to charge me twice. I knew that I had paid on arrival however when I was checking out the receptionist was adamant that I had...

The Pool!! Tucked away down a little side street this was a perfect end to our holiday. The hotel is quite old but kept clean, and the breakfast was nice...cooked to order. Being very close to Patpong Night Market made it easy for last minute shopping, and there were plenty of choices for food. The restaurant out by the pool...

A beautiful hotel hidden down a little side road in Bangkok. 1 minute walk from Patpong night market and only 20 minutes from the main centre in a taxi or tuk tuk. The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The hotel had a beautiful hidden pool out the back also with a hidden Thai ala carte restaurant. Would 100%...

The location of the hotel was great - turn right down the alley and end up at the Patpong Night market and all the restaurants, turn left and end up at a temple and the subway system. The rooms were clean and basic, but met my needs for 2 nights. As with most hotels in SE Asia, ear plugs are...

This is a very nice clean hotel conveniently located in the Patpong Area. Not too pricey and has a nice pool and exotic Thai restaurant. Walk to the Night Market for all your shopping needs. Access to the BTS public transport is a 10 min walk.

This hotel is a hidden oasis in a busy city. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the rooms were nice and big and had everything you needed. Breakfast was brilliant and there is a restaurant and bar by the pool which is beautiful. The location was great, easy to get to all the big attractions...

The main reasons for choosing this hotel: 1. Located at one of Bangkok's main street- Surawong Road. About a 7-minute walk to Sala Daeng BTS station. Easy to find food. 2. Room is basic but well-maintained. Good enough for no-frills travellers. 3. Good value for money. This is the second time I am staying here and will definately stay here...

Its a 3 Star hotel with reasonable rates. In the centre of Bangkok near all the bars and the night life. Its a little bit dated in its appearance but if your just planning to sleep and go out for the day, its perfect. Stayed in the Junior Suit for a couple of nights on the top floor (5). Room...

We have stayed at the rose hotel twice now.and what a hidden gem it is. We had an extra fold away bed for our daughter which made things a little sparing for room but hey your only in your room to tidy up or sleep. The rooms are very tidy with very helpful housekeeping. The staff are amazingly , always...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
