The place has a big dining area on the ground floor fronting the swimming pool, but only opens at 17:00. You can have brunch on the small restaurant on the second floor. You can set an appointment for a body massage too. There are bars that serve numerous kind of beverages and cocktails. The food costs THB 100 to THB...

The Babylon Bangkok should be on every gay man's bucket list. It's certainly an experience. First, the good. The rooms are fairly priced, and if you don't mind seeing all of your fellow hotel guests naked in the morning (and afternoon and evening and night) in the communal showers in the shared bathrooms, then from an accommodations point the hotel...

I knew that this wasn't going to be a great stay when we were greeted very brusquely at reception with an abrupt 'two passports please'. There was very little information given about the facilities and access to the room was limited. We were unable to order any food or drinks for the whole stay. Everything was too much trouble for...

Sauna: is still great, clean. Restaurants: prefer the ground floor one as seating is more comfortable, upper restaurant has these low tiny chairs that this stocky old bird finds uncomfortable still. Staff: bar and restaurant are friendly as always. For some reason staff in front desk and massage booking desk tend to be on the grumpy side. I give them...

This is the best place for Gays in Bangkok! The place is safe and secure! It has a positive vibe that's make you feel happy inside! Doesn't matter you are solo or friends or couple! You will love to be there. On my stay 7 days in Bangkok I visited 4-5 times! The staff is amazing and really quick! You...

Staying at Babylon Hotel has been an incredible experience. I did my research prior to my travel and thank each and every one for their reviews. Whatever stated was fully true and I had no regrets opting to stay at this hotel. The reception staff - Tom and her buddy were very helpful and always on the go. Breakfast was...

I can say, without any exaggeration, that my stay at the Babylon was the worst travel experience of my life. My partner, too, felt similarly about this property. First, the worst part of our experience was that we woke up on the final day of our stay with red welts all over our bodies. I did some research online, and...

I have stayed at Babylon many times since it opened. This time I chose a garden suite and was extremely comfortable. The staff are very attentive and the best fresh breakfast . One exception the staff in the bar inside the sauna area were more interested in food and there mobile phones to notice I may need a drink. In...

Very pleasant and comfortable place. Very nice swimming pool in a tropical garden, bars, restaurant... For sleeping, I recommend the suites in the garden. Very nice spacious suites with living room and private terrace. Refined oriental decoration.

Been here a few times. Every time I have visited, I have enjoyed myself but find the place needs more maintenance. I would go back because of its reputation but was disappointed with hotel not being updated or maintained.

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
