There is no refrigerator or minibar in their rooms as shown on cleartrip. Their rooms are dirty and rooms sizes are too small. According to India, This is lodge and not more than that. There is no swimming pool and fitness centre.

It was my first trip to go out of the country with no adult supervision and very limited money so of course, my companion and I chose a 'cheap' accommodation, which we booked online. The photos there showed satisfactory pictures of rooms and facilities and for such a low price! Of course, my relative and I decided to go for...

I was booked into this hotel by the travel agency that organized my trip to chiang mai. I was told I would get a "superior deluxe", very comfortable room with air condition. When I arrived at this lousy place, I was barely greeted and had to find my room by myself. The room was supersmall and really filthy: no bathtowel,...

Cramped, dingy, dirty. Nothing like what their website photos show. Holes in the windows, shower/toilet area only barely big enough for the toilet to fit in. Would only recommend it for an emergency 1 night stay. A slight step up from sleeping in the gutter but only just !

We booked this hotel as a "landing spot" to begin our vacation exploring Bangkok. The pictures online are NOT this hotel...this hotel is beyond filthy, trash in the halls, moldy smell, stained bedding, the smallest rooms ever, a shower that you would have to sit on the toilet to use, with wires hanging above the shower head?! The clerk at...

Hotel is not the best but also the worst. A hot shower, no worms - can not look, but clean. Price may have to be lower. It is important to view the rooms, because they have better and worse. Perhaps you can find in the same price something better - worth looking.

This place is just terrible. No windows, bugs in room, horrible bathroom...a nightmare. The staff was absolutely unhelpful and did not want to give us our money back...moreover they were cheating! We gave them 500 bahts for 1 night and they wrote 450 on the paper and kept the rest...Never more!!!

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
